Used it when moving from Texas to Oklahoma and everything was kept dry during some very early morning hours of driving. Easy to use both loading and unloading. Straps held tightly.

Do you need a hitch
This product is carried on a hitch mounted cargo carrier. You would need the hitch and the cargo carrier to use this product. Thanks.
I want something that I can pack inside (my house, a motel room, etc,) then carry to the car in a single trip. Does this have hands and can it be secured to a carrier after being loaded, or do you have to secure the bag to the carrier, then load the bag? (And vice versa, do you have to unload the bag, then unsecure it from the carrier)? Does it have handles?
