Species Unique to Franklin and Sterling Hill

Sixty-nine new mineral species have been initially discovered from the Franklin and Sterling Hill deposits, and 35 of these remain unique to the Franklin and Sterling Hill; they have never been found anywhere else. These unique species represent approximately 10 percent of those found here and approximately 1 percent of all known on Earth.
