We were very disatisfied! We live in Olympia but needed to tow a truck from Bremerton to Olympia. We reserved a trailer in Bremerton for pick up, but when we arrived in Bremerton (driving from Olympia to Bremerton) we were told the trailer was not available due to various issues. They offered to credit us if we wanted to drive to Shelton or Port Townsend to get the trailer. This was too time consuming for us! We ended up with a 2 wheel dolly instead, which required us to detach the drive line in order to tow it! This required additional tools that were not readily available to us! When you take the time to reserve an item in advance to insure the availability it is very disappointing not to have it available!

I have leased trucks from this facility steadily for the past 4 yrs, and they have always went over and above in their customer service. I ship alot also, and they always seem to have the boxes I need. I will always refer others to them over other local area storage/moving companies for these reasons.

We had veen advised by the referring location that we would receive a discount; the agent at this location, was very professional and really handled a disgruntled customer(me)with great understanding. I was very impressed, they certainly didn't try to rip us off. We will use this location in the future. It isn't that the local agency isn't excellent. But you can't top their service.

wonderful customer service! ive rented from this location twice now,and couldnt be happier. the truck hadnt gotten cleaned from the day before (though it wasnt visibly dirty),and the business offered to load us moving dollys as a courtesy. uhaul rates are always somewhat expensive,but i am happy with our experience overall. thanks so much~will recommend!!

The equipment was brand new. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I scheduled this on line and it went flawlessly. I drove to Bremerton to rent because of the bad reviews the Port Orchard location had gotten. I have to say that from a customer service prospective everyone was extreamly professional but warm and friendly at the same time. I'd rank it as one of the best if not the best U-Haul experiences I have had. I will be a repeat customer to this location.

it was annoying that the gas tank was only 1/4 full upon receiving it so having to take more time out to go get more gas was frustrating.

They were having computer issues. Maybe software, but the service agent was concerned about it because he was trying to do a good job and he repeatedly apologized for the processing delay.

During trip, the passenger side rear view mirror kept moving inward toward the truck making it difficult to view cars in rear. Passenger had to re-adjust several times while driving for driver to see. Numerious boxes were wet from the leaks.

The only thing is that i might have complained about is the fact that the trailer they first gave me the lights on the trailer did not work. I think you need to have your shop pay closer attn to your equipment when it is return. Other than that, I was in our fairly quickly. Thank you.
