The check-in rep was awesome. I have issues backing a trailer and the rep super efficiently guided me into the parking slot with no issues. He was very friendly and understanding. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.

I've been very pleased with the customer service skills at both this U-Haul location and the drop-off location. I also had to call the U-haul customer service line because I ran into some problems and couldn't have the U-Haul back at the right time. They were great and so helpful!

Staff was friendly and welcomed me upon entrance. The staff member who hooked up the trailer to the tow hitch was fast and knew exactly what he was doing. The check out process was easy and fast. Overall excellent experience - would highly recommend renting from this location.

Your prices are ridiculous, and the mileage fee is just plain theft! I returned it with more gas than it came with, and received no credit, funny how when it's lower, I get fined big time, but if it's over, you keep the gas, and don't care about us. thanks for being a rotten low down thieving corporation like every other crap company I refuse to do business with! Uhaul sucks, I'll never use you again!

The truck was clean and well maintained but had a lot of miles on it and drove like it. It would be better to change equipment out more often. Additionally the practice of putting hand trucks and bags of blankets in the back of every truck just takes up valuable space. I already rented an appliance dolly why would I need another? If you are going to put this stuff in it should be removable on the customers request if one is clearly not going to use it.

I am rating the original destination where directed at Hullapai and Peace Way, not S. Las Vegas Blvd. Trailer lights not functioning, only one unit available so had to travel 15 miles to renting location. Operator at original location was not enthusiastic about helping to hook up trailer or resolve the problem.

I would have a brochure for nonexperienced people like me who dont move very often. Things like locks, pads, wardrobe boxes etc. Also a little more help with what size truck to rent

Be clearer with what equipment comes in the truck and what is separate. I was charged extra for items I did not receive or use because of confusion with seals in the truck.

During contact with the manager regarding my lost Kindle Fire and camera, I learned that apparently the trucks are not sanitized after a trip and the staff don't take the time to check the trucks for possible items left by the customer. With all of the potential dieases prevalent, I would think they would take the time to thoroughly clean the truck. Also, given that U Haul is a customer based business, it was disheartening to learn that customer support and satisfaction did not appear to be at the top of their list. I took care of the truck when it was in my possession with integrity and respect. I had hoped this U haul location would maintain a policy of the same integrity and respect with its customer rather than the flippant attitude regarding my lost possessions and cleaning of the truck.

I got there 15 min. before closing on Sunday, after a 7 day trip cross country (Miami to Las Vegas). They were in such a hurry to go home. It didn't feel really helpfull and comfortable to deal with them

The Van we rented functioned well and was clean. It did however stink and smell of smoke and other odors. It was to the point of making my wife and I sick. I couldn't wait to drop it off.

Harold and most of his guys are real pros at what they do. I rent from there location often, but my last experience 6/4/13 I encountered a woman with blue hair in front ( I think melanie) ...very rude..charged me the wrong amount on purpose because she didn't believe my 10 mile estimate... (I went 12 miles). She made me just not want to go back. There are four uhaul co within 5 miles so why deal with that.

You seriously charged my card for a truck that broke down and I couldn't use had to unload into another truck because roadside service couldn't get there for an hour and a half then he finally called at 6:30 which was 5 hrs later and you still charge me? Uhaul is something else
