We turned our U-Haul in a minute before closing on May 15th, but the lady who saw our truck coming helped us anyway! She was very friendly and she even offered to get me a bag for my stuff when she saw I was struggling holding too many things. Even though the office had already been locked up, she let us inside and gave us our deposit instead of making us come back the next day. And she refused to take a tip! She was very friendly and also gave us directions to the train. She essentially made our day. And it was a long day. If I get a UHaul in Philly, this is where I will rent it. Thank you for making our lives easier!

The staff members were nice but limited on there ability to be as efficent with regard to knowing the prices of items that are being sold without having to review the prices. The young man was trying his best and they were both nice. I am reluctant to recommend this location because of no available parking even short term, the poor quality of the mattress cover and refusing to return item that is defective. I paid $16 and was unable to fully utilize the product because it wripped with my initial attempt to place item on my bed. This was a waste of money. The young man refused to return it because its open. I think you should stand behind your merchandise and the quality. I am very upset about this. You should not force me to "accept such high expense and I am unable to use because poor quality." In addition, he continued to refuse to at least give me partial payment or just refund all. I did not get full use of item.

We rent a cargo van at least 3 times a year for events at our school, Studio Incamminati and the experience is always very professional and outstanding. I usually deal with Shariff, the General Manager, and he always goes out of his way to assist us. He is very professional and helpful and a real credit to your organization and it is a pleasure doing business with U-Haul.

The truck I was rented should be taken off the road! One of the rear right tires was half flat after loading the truck. The truck looked like it had been in Baghdad. It felt like at any time it would break down.

On the truck it stated 19.99 and I was charged 29.99. The man that waited on me was rude. When I returned the truck I was in the uhaul office for about 8 minutes and nobody was there, I thought the place got robbed. I was walking around the counter to make sure nobody was on the floor. I was actually a little frightened. Finally the same rude guy came out. Well I will call on Monday to see if I can fix the price discrepancy.

First, I'd say to hire some staff that are actually social and interactive. I have no idea who my cashier man was, but he was the rudest and most ignorant service man I have ever encountered. He did not explain some of the elements, the insurance he tried to just sweep under and have me pay for that, I was using a truck to go from spring garden to cecil b n back to spring garden..the whole gas refill was a dilema. Not only then was the counter man rude, but the other man who checked the gas. I put over a gallon of gas for driving 3 miles,that's quite ridiculous. I honestly will never use this place again and would not only not recommend it, but let people know how horrible the service, staff, and lack of a customer pleasing environment it was. Horrible! Your best chance at fixing anything in that uhaul location is to fire those members of your staff (sorry I don't know who they are, it was morning of 3.31.13), if that helps. Just people skills, that place is already cold enough with just the cement n basic packaging care that the service is gonna have to be a boosted memory catcher. The manager whom we called was very nice and tried to solve the problem. He even called us back to see if things were ok. Maybe get an undercover boss to see how they'd be treated as a normal customer. Thanks to the manager, I got outta there after only some arguing, as apposed to an absurd amount.

We originally made this reservation for pick up at 8300 Ridge and were notified the day before that we would have to pick up at Ogontz Ave. We made this reservation at least 2 weeks in advance and would have appreciated knowing before the day before we were scheduled to move.
This reservation, however, went through we no glitches and we were very pleased with the pick up and drop off.
