This location needs to improve their customer service dramatically. Even if there is an issue internally with an employee being late or whatever, this should be invisible to the customer. The customer should not hear the manager bitching about it to another employee, then calling the late employee (not very nice either), and then made excuses to us because of the late employee. Had he shut his mouth and simply waited on us, the transaction could have went so much smoother. There was no need to give a customer so much information about how the employees. This is an HR issue, not something for me to care about.
When the manager did start the paperwork process, he spent entirely too much time talking and not enough time getting the job done. There is no need to spend that much time socializing. While in customer service there is a need to be a little social, there really is not a need to be all social and not so much business. Keep it short and simple. When folks are wanting to rent a truck, generally they are really busy and racing against a clock (or at least that is always MY experience).
I had to request that the truck be cleaned as it was not when I did the initial walk through.
At the time we dropped the truck off (a few hours later), the drop off process took entirely too long. Everything about this location seems to be disorganized and poorly run. I have rented from UHaul and other moving companies before and have not had issues like this. I believe this is a location issue, not an issue with UHaul itself.

The manager was great at a very busy time in the store. The trailer was older and not real clean, but worked fine for our purposes. I would have been more comfortable about the hook-up if the person outside helping was a bit more experienced in doing this.

This location was doing training with 2 new employees at the time so my wait was too long, (20) mins and the man training the lady Cecilly was rude to her and snapped at her a few times! I was embarrassed for her being treate that way in front of customers! He should not b training if he is going to treat people that way! I will never use that location again!

The person at the front desk was very, very slow. He seemed unsure and lacked the knowledge for the job. It took forever for him to process people so we waited a very long time to get our equipment. When you are paying others by the hour to help you this is not a good thing.

Have the store organized!!! It does not make any sense I did not get my preferred location and was sent to an unorganized DUMP!!! I was supposed to pickup my truck at 8:30am It took them over an hour to get it ready. The 4 people in front of me also order vehicles at least 2-4 weeks prior to arrive and keys are missing, vehicles do not work, and completely lost the order....RIDICULOUS!!!!!

service was good, there was a very long line so we did not get to leave with the truck until 9:35 but the truck was clean. It does not seem fair that I did not get any credit for the extra gas I left in the truck. It is very hard to estimate how much to put in a truck you have never driven and you don't want to stop and get gas more than once. It would be better for the customer to have a full tank when they leave and to return it with a full tank.

The location was terribly understaffed, and several staff members appeared to have very little training or ability to help customers. Our reservation went smoothly and Debby was wonderful, but several other customers next to us at the counter were having problems with their reservations and I felt bad for them because the man helping them was very short and curt. He was overwhelmed and obviously under a lot of stress. There was a huge line and not enough trained employees to meet customer needs.

This truck was ready for service, based on our 1500 mile trip. Possibly a bit older than other UHaul's we have rented in the last few months. The manager of this UHAUL was extremely helpful.

I reserved the truck for a location closer to me and was notified by email a day before my move that I would be picking the truck up at this location instead. This caused me to have to drive about 10 miles extra which may not seem like a big deal but when you have to pay mileage as well it is a big deal. In addition I got there a few minutes early so I could get the paperwork done and drive off the lot at my reserved time. Apparently the second you walk in the door your time starts. Your time starts before you even touch the truck. Not right. And all I got when I questioned this was 'sorry that's just how it is'. I had to ask for a receipt, it wasn't just offered to me. I will definitely be lookin at my credit card statement to make sure i was not overcharged. I sure hope this location gets their act together. I've never had issues like this at the 6th ave location. Then again this location was in hilltop so maybe they just treat every customer that walks through the door like they are a piece of crap. Do not go to this location.
