I rent a truck or trailer, on average, once a month for a couple of years. I have been to a few locations in Indianapolis, but NONE compare to the staff here. They are extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. I will, from now on, go out of my way to ONLY use this store.

When entering the truck I noticed that the check engine light was on. The guy told me it was fine and "not to worry about it". I received the truck with 3/4 tank of gas. I drove about 30 miles and then filled the truck up to just over 3/4 tank. The next day I receive my receipt and they said that the truck only had 5/8 of a tank and charged me $25 to put more gas in it. I called the store and a lady told me they were really busy and took my information. She stated that they would call me back by the end of the day. I never received a return call. The only reason I chose U-Haul was because it was way cheaper than everyone else, but after they charged me extra it ended up being about $100 for a small truck driving 30 miles. I am very upset about this and will NEVER do business with them again!

My vehicle was defective and put myself and my family's lives in danger TWICE. I have filled a complaint with Alex from 1603 Broadway St. and will pursue legal action if no concessions are made. I will NEVER rent from uhaul again. Penske, Enterprise, and other competitors now have my business forever.

Trailer was not properly attached to my truck and came loose during transport... if not for the chains would have caused a serious accident during busy traffic.
Even though this occurred only seven blocks from rental location I was told I would need to wait one hour for roadside assistance.
Repeated calls to local rental office were automatically transferred to national call center.
Had to reconnect loaded trailer on my own to proceed.
I generally receive excellent service from this location and will continue to recommend it... but this could have been a very costly and dangerous mistake.

For the next customer that arrives, a supervisor probably does'nt want to have Justin up front, very poor customer svr. Very very very rood, there is another gentleman that helped me when Jason was in there, they were very pleasant, and proffesional.
