We walk up to the desk and HAVE to interrupt the TWO employees from checking out cars on the internet. It was as if we weren't even there. Then the other employee continued to look at cars (I could see what he was doing and their conversation was clearly focused on finding a car online) instead of helping other customers who came in behind us. The employee helping us had to tell him to help. I CERTAINLY wouldn't want either one of these turds working for me. Try another location. Was also told the tank had 7/8 of a tank of gas, when it clearly only had 3/4 of a tank. Find another place to go!

The customer service seemed very rushed. Although I had to wait a half hour past my scheduled pick up time, the return time was not extended by that half hour. When calling to notify them I would be late the guy was very rude.

I don't have any recommendations for improvement except to makiesure there is enough U-Haul staff to help customers on Saturday morning. Luckily, I didn't have to wait a long time and the staff people were helpful and friendly and did a good job.

The problems is not just this location, it is your whole system. This has been my worst rental experience with any vendor ever. I have no desire to ever use U-Haul again. You should seriously consider changing your ads because you do not make moving easier.

I think I was way overcharged for mileage cause I only went probably 35 miles with truck so odometer is busted on that truck they charged i me I thonkfor appx 55 mi plus what happened to the 100 mi free milge

I don't blame that particular location but my overall experience was poor. I had a reservation in a different city and they didn't have my truck so it ended costing me hours of time and twice as much gas ($25). A ton of frustration and poor customer service from 4 out 5 UHaul emoloyees I interacted with today. Very frustrating unfortunately. I will have to rent again in 2 months and plan to explore other options.

Oh my goodness!! The customer service at this location was terrible!! The personnel that waited on me did not tell the other personnel that I did not rent the dollie; so when I returned the truck, i was made to feel like i was lying and had stolen something, and made me wait while he helped 3 customers instead of closing me out. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would not recommend this storage to my worse enemy. I am very unhappy and will tell everyone I know about the horrible customer service.

I dropped the auto transport trailer off at UHaul on April 22nd and on April 27th someone from UHaul called to see when I planned to return it. I made several phone calls to different numbers that were on the website to check to see why it wasn't entered as being returned. I tried many times to call the drop off store and went to the call center each time. I was told that there was no record of me returning the trailer. I then drove to the UHaul location and there was the trailer attached to a truck and being rented out again. Everyone pointed a finger at someone else. SOMEBODY screwed up and I was getting the run around. I stood there in person until they finally entered it in their computer that I had returned it. The date entered was on the 27th when it was actually returned 5 days earlier. At this point I don't know if they charged me for the additional days or not. I do regret that I lost my temper with a couple of the people on the phone but after so many calls and getting no where then I had to drive to the store to get answers it was frustating.

The one guy was a little rude and wanted to charge me an extra $95 for something and I had to (almost) argue with him. But then the manager walked up and fix everything for me with no problems and no arguments. He was really nice. Thanks

They need to take time. When I first called to rent they said they didn't have any trucks. That I should go online and make my reservation. When I went online I was able to rent a truck from them. Kinds gave me the impression he didn't want to work...a
