Representative took several phone calls during the check out and did not go over any of the paperwork verbally with me. Just grunted and pointed at places to sign, etc. Truck did not have any packing materials ready and my wife and I had to load all blankets & boxes ourselves.

You need to look at the sights before this one that i traveled too. They where unprofessional. The first scheduling was on good hope and they messed up the scheduling from the beginning. It was a filed manager that messed it up . Took almost two hours to schedule and they still got it wrong.

Dropped off truck same day left keys in drop box.Returned with proper amount of gas. Came back next mourning for receipt, employee said they would e-mail receipt. Got home (165 mi.) and found out they charged me an extra day plus $40. to add gas. Customer service was great called drop off location and rectified problem.

Truck was difficult to use and they didn't explain anything when picking it up. I was ignored for 10 minutes when dropping off right before 7pm, where I waited at the sign that says to stay with your vehicle. After realizing they weren't coming to help when they closed the garage door I was parked next to, I dropped my key off in the return bin and left. The next day I received my email receipt and noticed they charged me for two full days. I called this location and explained my issue, and was cut off and sent to customer service. Customer service was very nice and quickly resolved the issue for me. Also, radio was broken in vehicle.

I had to go to three difrent locations to get the truck and trailer. I was given the wrong trialer a two wheel drag behind trailer it should have been a 4 wheel drive on. Cuased me to destory a rim on my truck. I had placed this order weeks in advance so I would not have these problems. Thanks for Your Time, Don

I would receommend that if the customer has a problem, the sales associate try to handle it instead of telling the customer they have to call the 800 number and handle it themselves.

The 24' truck I rented was a pile. Clean? Yes. Well maintained? No. Leaking fuel (which costs ME money), horribly worn out/broken suspension, dashboard falling off the mounts, radio didn't work at all, seatbelt function wasn't correct, steering was VERY loose. This truck should've all ready been retired.

I will never use Uhaul again after this experience. Not only was the service less than acceptable, the follow-up to my many issues was handled poorly and I didn't feel like my business was worth their time- both at the location on Capitol Drive and through Customer Service.
I was set to use Uhaul for well over 12 different large events this year for my business, but after this experience I have decided to work with a company that respects and appreciates my business.
In the future, I would recommend that your company take time to listen to what your customers ask of you and try to work with your customers to find viable solutions to problems. In short, my employee was told he had to have his truck back early, even though when I booked the service it was made clear to the person that I spoke with that we needed it for the entire day. Furthermore, I was told that my employees could just have the charges directed to the account that I gave Uhaul at the time of the booking. This didn't happen (at least on one of the two bookings I made last week), and instead of trying to clear the situation up, the manager (Ross) told me I should just pay my employee back instead of them switching the charges to my account in person. I was left feeling that Uhaul just wanted to be done with me and that they didn't want to accept my concerns as legitimate. The more that they tried to point to "company policies" the more it became clear that they were just unorganized and that blaming me for their inconsistencies was the easy way out of it.

nothing, the 2 gentlemen that I encountered did their jobs well, the man who attached the trailer also did me a favor and grounded my trailer light harness, which I forgot to do before my arrival, very pleasant experience, very friendly, very helpful

Re pick up location, it was very nice and the truck was very clean. Re drop off location, I used the drop off box on a Sunday evening so cannot comment re cleanliness of the location however exterior was fine.

Since there is no way to gage the amout of money you should spend on gas, I went over the gauge amount their should be something in place when this happens, I was told that there was nothing to do, is this taking advantage of your customers?
