the trailer was very old and the doors kept opening while driving down the road....had to purchase lock to keep them closed, trailer looks like it was from the 50's

Timeliness. I waited way too long for my truck and had a strict schedule that day. While I appreciated the apologies, you cannot make customers wait that long. It threw off my whole move and the schedules of people who were helping me.

The customer service left a lot to be desired. On top of the rude manager, I had to pay a deposit that was twice as much as my bill without any prior knowledge of it. Always call ahead to get the real rate because if your make reservations online like I did, you'll end up upset like me.

Everything was great. The staff was courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to friends. Ben made sure that everything was set and ready to go and gave easy instructions! They made my moving day much less stressful, and I appreciate it!

they rented me a truck that had several leaks in the box which water damaged a lot of our belongings. As a result we ended up having to take half a truck load to Goodwill.

More customer service assistance at peak days/hours. We came in for a 9am pickup & there were 5 people in line in front of us & only one person at the the desk & one person pulling up trucks. They worked really hard and efficiently and were very kind but could have used an extra set of hands.

Uhaul people told me that if I drop of the uhaul on this location 1090 S US-67 N
Cedar Hill, TX 75104 I will have $140.00 back. Wen 3 days early drop it of spend time and money and extra gas and now uhaul theam told me they will call me back the next day that was going to be monday 4/22/2013 no one call me I had to call them to find out what happen with the cash back or money saving how hever you want to put it and they tranfer my call to costumer service. costumer service got all my info. after the lady got all my info she hung up the call never call me back still waiting for my money or at lease i phone call to work on my case but nothing yet . my first time to rent a uhal and im very dispoint whit the uhaul theam.

have the vehicle filled with gas. I received mine 3/4 full. The instruction to refill were inadequate consequently I filled the tank competely, at an additional cost to me of $10. I found this irritating. What do you plan to do about it?

I looked over your storage units, wasn't excited about it so decided against that.
