The gentleman that helped me recommended the GMC van for me to move my items and it was more than enough room. He was very knowledgable about the van and it was very clean in the inside. Then only thing I didn't like was checking the van for damages. I think that the representatives should do an inspection upon return, before customers departure from the lot and the has tank should be full. I know it's company policy but overall I was very satisfied with the recommendation he provided. Good job

So the leadership was there to help all the way through. However I was on a tight schedule to move out of town for my job and I had to change everything because the equipment failed inspection right before I was going to take off.

The lock on back of truck was broke so I had to purchase a $2.00 lock. If my brother had let me go back to the store I am sure they would have given me another one. Other than that everything was fine.

The equipment was damaged but the service is what will NEVER make me rent from UHAUL again. I called to make sure I could rent a truck but have someone else pay for it. I was assured that what I ask could be done. After waiting in UHAUL for about an hour as I gave them credit card information and strict directions on what card to be charged, they still managed to charge the incorrect card and then they could only refund me $25.80 of the 100.80 charge. Then when I called my bank to see no refund, uhaul admitted to refunding me the $25.80 but could not produce authorization code for the transaction. Instead UHAUL recharged me the $25.80 and added a $30.00 to it! You guys at UHAUL need serious customer service training and also you need to know how to work your systems and know what you are doing when it comes to other people's money! folks beware

The service was poor. The man at the front counter had a real nasty attitude. The truck i returned was not looked through after i was done with beacuse i left something in it and when i called to see if if it was in there they told me no. Then 30 minutes later they called me and told me my items was still in the truck.

Properly train the people checking in the rental equipment. I arrived at the store to return my truck. The inspection took all of three minutes. When I was done I was owed a refund. The young man noticed I paid withy debit card and asked if I wanted the cash or have the refund back on my card. I told him to put it on the card to avoid a long wait time in the line. He said I still had to wait in the line and I obliged. When I finally got to the counter after a 30 minute wait when it only took three minutes to check the truck in the cashier told me I DIDNT have to wait if the refund was going on my card. Please make sure all employees are trained properly. Thank you.

The man that checks the trucks when you return them has a bad attitude. He tells you it gonna be a long wait or you can leave it if your fuel is correct. I left the truck and was charged for a dolly I didn't use. The lady instructed me that I wouldn't cause it was detached when I received the truck. Also the truck didn't run well.

Your staff is terrible. They are very stand offish, lazy, and unwilling to help. You need to treat these employees better, because it's apparent in the way they treat others, that they are not being taken care of.
