Improve check-in. I returned the vehicle to an employee at about 3PM yet at about 7PM I received a telephone call asking when I would return the vehicle which was then late. I replied that I returned the vehicle at 3PM. Also, the fuel refill meter is unreliable as is the chart supplied. The meter called for 3.9 gallons and the chart called for three. I had to add five gallons to get back to 1/2 full.

The people at this location were very nice and helpful, however after we picked up the truck and had it packed up we noticed a huge gash in the left back tire, this was something they should've noticed it could have been extremely dangerous if someone with me didn't see it.

Great idea to show how many gallons you need to re fill your tank before handing back, but it needs recalibrating. We put in a gallon more than suggested and were 1/8th of a tank short. Apart from that, couldn't ask for better service of modern fleet of trucks. Nice work

I reservered this trailer 3 weeks in advance at a favorable location, but was told the day before that the pickup location had been moved to a much farther address. Had to make 2 phone calls to get a location within reason.
At the pickup location, the guys almost left the safety chains too long and slightly dragging the ground during the move. Dropoff location guys told me that almost cost me having to buy a new chain.
