Had to rent from this location because reserved truck was not available as promised from 31540 Gratiot Ave, Roseville, MI (586) 296-2640. Was directed to other location. When calling customer service, never received consistent answers regarding the problem. Will never recommend nor use service again.

The gas was off when the truck was given to me the guy released it after fixing and initialing the contract but after I turned the truck back in over the amount given and still was charged 60,00 for gas! Very unprofessional.

They flat out lied to me. I specifically asked them would i be charged for two days if I brought the truck back at noon the following day? They said it would be the same price if I dropped it off that night or the next day; I picked the truck up at 4pm, after waiting in line for 30 minutes. I said I had reserved the truck from 4pm until noon the following day. They then had me sign a contract for what they said was my reservation. They proceeded to double bill me after the truck was brought back at 10:53 am the following day. The Uhaul location refused to help me, and so did corporate. What a joke of a company. I will be contacting my attorney, and posting this all over facebook, instagram, and every other media site I can. This is an awful way for them to lose a customer and my business forever. All because they gave me the wrong information, and decided to charge me the extra 24.99 plus taxes. I'm filing a fraud and disputing the charges on my credit card. I'll never consider using UHaul ever again... even if I pay double somewhere else. Way to blow it jerks. I'll be moving a 3100 sq ft house next month and you certainly won't be getting my business. I'll be taking them to small claims court for the costs of my attorney, time off of work, and other incidentals resulting from this communication error on their part. I'll subpoena the recorded video of the guy specifically answering my question. We'll see how it plays out in court. It's not the $24.99, it's the principle. It's also the lack of respect and the lack of dignity the customer service people have for their customers. I'll make sure I forward this to the UHAUL Board of Directors and my local news agency. What a sham of company... all for a few dollars. Idiots, complete high school drop out idiots must be making these brilliant business decisions.

update your 26" trucks. hard to start, drivers door won't unlock, hard to shut back roll door. truck worked, but has obviously had a very hard life. We've always had good service at the 10 mile & Groesbeck U-haul location and will continue to use them.

Your location was great. Unfortunately I booked at the St. Clair Shores location(much closer and convenient for me) but they called one hour before my rental time to say they dod not have a trailer there. They bumped me to your location. But everything went smoothly after that!

I was not told at the time of making my reservation that my rental vehicle may not be available until later in the day. It was not available until 3 pm. I needed it in the morning. I was told their was nothing that could be done about it even though I was told only the day before. Cost me extra expenses on my end. Also didn't know the pick up would be 20 miles from my house though I made the reservation at a Uhaul 2 miles from my home. Staff didn't seem to much care about my dilemma. Very disappointed in the lack of communication by your company and the insensitivity.

Our original reservation was made at this location. The associate purposely put in our move dates wrong. She said she wasn't sure how to write up a long distance move but not to worry because I would receive a phone call to fix it. I did not receive any call and spent the day before my move on a hour long phone call to get everything straightened out. Be careful reserving through this location. You would be better calling the 800 number or reserving online if you do not have any questions.

The counter person was extremely rude. If I did not need the equipment right away, I would have gone somewhere else. I was told my total was going to be $58.00 and when I had to pay, I was told it was going to be $75.00. I was not provided a receipt for my records, and was told I had to return to the store the next day to get one, because all of the paperwork I was given had to be dropped off with the equipment in the after-hours drop box. I have used UHaul many times, but after my experience at this location, I will be looking elsewhere for my moving needs.

The experience was excellent. the service and the product as well. It just cost more than I expected. When you see $19.95 a day advertised and your final bill is $70, that's a big difference. Other than that, everything was grand. Good customer service at this location.
