You should let people know about all of the fees on the rental. After you return the truck is a little late to disclose the enviromental fee.
The people standing on your property as customers enter and exit your facility is a bit overwhelming. A customer should be able to come in and out with out feeling hassled by these guys. It seems that your facility condones this behavior.

W e thought a 26 ft. truck would be enough for a small 3 bedroom condo but maybe we had extra stuff in garage. We had to make 2 trips and it took So, it took longer than we thought. So that part was disappointing. The overall service was very good.

I did not rent from the Van Nuys, CA station which would have made more sense for this move. When I got to the Van Nuys Blvd. U-Haul to reserve the truck, I was surrounded by >30 Spanish speaking men that wanted me to contract their services for the move. They were not near the entrance. They were on the property near the entrance. I was so overwhelmed I rented from the site closer to where I was moving from. This was more inconvenient in regards to returning the truck after loading and unloading. None the less, because of the previous incident named, I did rent the truck and return it in Chatsworth rather than Van Nuys. We moved to Sherman Oaks, CA
