Lot where truck was parked was a bit muddy and I was unsure where to stop in to check in initially. Overall though the process was very quick and professional

Harris EThe metal part where you thread the straps was so rusted we couldn’t turn the ratchet. We lubed it ourselves and got it in working order. The drivers side tire had 8psi in it and barely made it home where I bought it to the recommended 65psi. The amount of money it costs to rent one of these you would expect it to be ready to go and in working order.
