Bradley SJarell was concerned about my payment upon asking me about my rental time and took it upon himself to call and see why my charge was so high, which happened to be an online error I must have made when scheduling the pickup. He was able to get my reservation changed to the correct rental rate so I wouldn't be overcharged. This was definitely customer service at its best!!!
Nakesha BThere was no one at this location when we went to pick up the trailer. There was also no one there when we went to drop off the trailer. If I had not called to extend my rental we would have driven away with a trailer that had not been properly signed out because of a lack of staff. If there is no one to staff a location then do not offer that pickup time or drop off time.
