I've been using this location for all of my rental needs and so have my children and their famiies for over 20 years. The place is always clean and rental vehicles are alway well maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The different managers that I have dealt with over the years at this location have always bent over backwards to accomodate. Kudos to this U-Haul location and all past and present employees. Thanks for making mine and my family members moving experience less stressful!

Make sure the trucks you rent do not leak, my truck had a hole in it I did not know about and got my stuff wet. It soaked a mattress. When I told the manager sam about it he just had the attitude of wll tough shit thanks for telling me I'll get it fixed. I will never rent from your low rent half ass place again I'm out the money for the truck that I got because it was raining to keep my stuff dry wich it did not and out the momey for a new bed. So thank you u haul for making ke spend more money you will not have any more business from me and I will tell everyone who I talk to not to use your piece of shit trucks that you are better off getting a trailer and some tarps to keep your stuff dry then one of your trucks

Easy to do business with! When I picked up the 10' truck, the right rear tire pressure was low so they filled it. Two days later, it was low again. I went to a GoodYear and they put more air in it. Mentioned it to the folks at the drop off location.

your reservation dept. could use some help. The price changes to often and by to much. The information I got at the time of the reservation was not the some as the information on the confirmation, however the difference was in my favor so I didn't care,but it was confusing.

This location did excellent in customer service. I had reserved a truck at a different location. This office took care of cancelling that reservation, even though it was my mistake. They were friendly and very helpful. I will use this location again and recommend to friends and family.

Clld to get price mileage quoted at 59cents clld back and mileage had gone up to 89 cents per mile. We reserved a truck for FRI was clld and told lot was closed due to snow and no other trucks avilable so we shuffled our plans to Saturday -OK- the new lot pick up was over 30miles from my house 60 miles round trip you gave me a $50.00 credit BUT THAT DIDN'T EVEN COVER THE ADDITIONAL MILEAGE and they refused to drop the mileage rate back to the 59cents I was originaly quoted. The $50 should have been just for the inconvience of having to postpond a day. I was also told to call before going to get the truck and if the Lee Summit lot was open I could get my truck there. I called and JAMIE said there were no truck avilable in Lees Summit that they had all been rented out - I don't think that was right - I shifted my scheduled and had to endure more mileage and at a higer rate when someone at the last minute calls and gets a truck at a closer location! I totaly feel that I should be entitled to at least another $50 off -REFUND !!! and JAMIE is a very RUDE REP!!
