The next morning before our trip the tire was low and had only 15lbs. in it. I put the 35lbs. of air in it before we started on the road The right tire had only 15lbs. in it the next morning. I put 35lbs. of air in it before the trip.

I reserved the 26 ft truck and the tires were out of balance the amount of fuel was wrong the truck was so noisy as the drivers door had been torqued and thus the wind noise was terrible, I had reserved a furniture dolly, and then there wasn't one available which cost me almost two hrs of load time, very disappointing, as I had 6 guys waiting to load the truck, but couldn't because I didn't have access to a dolly, I was told I would have it at a discount after having to drive several miles , but that didn't happen either, I could have understood somewhat if it was an in-town move, but knowing this move was over 1500 miles, obviously not too concerned about customer having trouble in a winter move ,which cost me a day of moving time because of icing conditions that occured south of Dallas, very disconcerting about u-haul as we as a company use u-haul quite consistently, but now certainly need to be unnecessarily wary of customer concerns and reserving equipment which means nothing, apparently

It would be helpful to know ahead of time that this location did not have the supplies that I requested. I did not know this until I arrived to pick up the trailer and pads and dollies. Since they had none of the supplies, I had to go to another Uhaul location to get them. The people at this location were most helpful in finding a location that had the supplies, but it added to an already stressful situation in the midst of a snow and ice storm.

Service was excellent I had delt with two guys one from receiving the truck and one when dropping it back off. My rate to use the truck was very pleasing I was shocked. I would recommend U-Haul to anyone I come in contact with and let them know how easy and fast to rent a U-Haul. Costumer service was great they didn't even mind to charge me for the extra hours I had to ask for.

You need to provide more personnel that can install a hitch. I waited four hours to have a hitch installed on my SUV. There was only one qualified person there when I showed up for my appointment. This person was doing three things at once and the other employees just stood around and did nothing.

Everything was spot on. Gary (don't remember last name) was extremely helpful and polite. I had to change my order after examining the size of the trailer in person to another one and with the help of Gary things went very smoothly.

I left a crate of Jordan basketball shorts that I stuck behind the seat in the can. I realized that I did once I unpacked. Two days went by and I went back and was told nothing was left. That is over 500 dollars worth of basketball shorts. I am certain they were left and to be told they were not found is not easy to accept. My fault clearly I left them but it's funny that something like these shorts doesn't get found. I am pretty sure if it was some kitchen ware I would have been able to get theat back. No it's not uhauks fault I left them it's mine. I won't ever rent from uhauk again and I will not tell friends to leave anything accidentally in the truck they rent

You can start by actually taking care of the customer. This is nothing on the locations but with your customer service center. I was told that they had a hitch and a trailer at the Cedar Hill location. I showed up at the location and they didn't have an installer. Waited 30min for the manager to show up to do the install, however he was not able to make it. Called the customer service center back as I needed a quick solution as my son was broke down 6 hours away. I was told the nearest location to where I was going was 45 miles out of the way however I was assured they had a hitch and a trailer and they confirmed a 1300 install the next day in Lubbock. Called the customer service center the next morning to see if they could check if the location had an earlier appointment. Got no return call so I decided to go to the location early. I talked to the GM there and they checked their stock and they had no hitch. Once again poor coordination from the call center. They tried to help me out by giving me a Truck they had left, which was 26ft. with a trailer and charged me 449.90 and went on to tell me they saved me $50. That's not the case. That truck cost me $170 in gas on top of the fact I still have no hitch. How is this helping me out. I had no other option at the time but to take the truck. Very Poor customer service.

The staff was great, but the truck was filthy when we picked it up. It was covered in dirt. The windshield was dirty, and the wipers were worn out and useless. There was no wiper fluid. We had to stop the truck twice to clean the windshield with napkins.
