Sunnyvale location @ Wolfe did not honor reservation. Had to drive across town to mountain view, was on a tight time table and absolutely no offer of apology, financial compensation or other customer service was offered. Serviced by the manager who was "tired" from his friends party the night before. Truck from the mountain view location was old, hard to start and had an inaccurate fuel gauge. Felt ripped off.... You just made an advocate to drive your business elsewhere... Looking forward to doing so in all ways social media and word of mouth.

i don't like the fact that there was a dolly and pads in the back of the truck ,even though you asked if I needed to rent them and I told you no. I could have used the extra space .I also think the trucks fuel should be full when you pick it up , it makes it a lot easier to bring it back with the same amount of fuel.everything else was good

The attitude of the person at the counter. She wouldn't speak up, she didn't seem to care about her job, she didn't really get the trailer hitch tight, she didn't mention the condition of the trailer and it's existing damage and she did not show me the inside (clean or damaged?). In general she is not a "people person" and therefore not a good U-Haul representative.

I had the best customer service!!! My only point of improvement was that the windshield of the 10 foot truck I rented was dirty. I did clean it when I refueled.

I think staffs did not care well then there was an issue. When I picked up the rental truck milage number did not correspond to the number on my receipt sheet. Therefore a staff corrected the number on the sheet with her initial, but did not updated in the management system. When I returned the truck, I got an over charged receipt which was not corrected. I called another day and requested to fix and emailed photo copy of receipt which was modified, then an employee in this location promised to call back after figuring out. But I could not get any response for 2 days, so I called again and this time they transferred to customer service, then they called back on another day and told me that they would refund with email receipt. I checked my credit card bill and it was corrected. But I still have not received corrected email receipt. I would like for your employees to be trained well about issues.

The girl who opened the location was 15 mins late and 4 people were in line to pick up rentals and it was cold outside. I had movers scheduled for a certain time at my house and I was late meeting them because of her.

The truck's windows were very dirty (couldn't see anything with some sun glare). The mileage on the car was one mile off. The fuel level on the truck was not the one that was printed, and the front desk person couldn't fix it (she said I had to come on the following day to fix it on my return, which added extra steps and time for me). Next time I'll have the person come and check everything with me before signing the weaver...

I have reservation guarantee for one way rental, when I showed up for the truck I was told there are none available. Showing the text with confirmation did not help. The agent was rude and said its not her fault. I had no other option but to get in town rental and drive it all the way back to same location. Very bad experience

Have more staff on Sunday morning. Had to wait an hour - there was single person - Shalondra Rose at the desk managing 2 terminals. She did a great job, but there should have been 2 additional people in the office to manage the traffic.
