The trailer had a dented fender, the inside rail was coming off in the back of the trailer, and 1 of the tires had a slash in the side wall which I pointed out to the employee. He said he would note it in the paperwork.

Not over charge your customers, 3 times, $97.15 deposit, $ 79.31fee, which should be $ 72.31 because ,I didn't receive a dolly., then charge me $72.31 . and not receive a refund for over a week. As of today, I haven't receive a refund for $97.15 & $79.31. I just keep getting the run around. Please , I will never used U Haul again.

A lot of the issue was the parking lot at this location was so small... I was the first one thru the door in the morning, employee said he would meet me around back to hook up the trailer. I get into my truck and try to pull around back but the only way to get there is to either side of the building; and their were rental trucks to either side. So I wait about 10 min and see one truck pull away from the location (guy that was behind me in the store). The next rental truck pulls up to the opposite side of the store (meanwhile im waiting behind the one sitting in the equiptment return area and there are employees and customers looking it over). The second rental truck leaves location (guy two people behind me in store). Employee that was looking over the return truck went into the store, comes back out and jumps into a 3rd rental truck and pulls it into the outgoing side of the store.... I have then been sitting there 15-20min... Go back into the store tell employee what's going on he says he forgot about me.... Little mistake I guess I understand, we hook up the old heavy transporter and right away I notice it seems to be bouncing and jurking harder than most I have ever rented.. Loaded the car no problem haul it about 200miles (trailer still jurking lightly the whole time) the hubs felt cool at the rest stops. It wasn't until we got to the location that we smelled something odd, turns out the fender was bent in and one of the fender bolts was wearing into the tire and a lot of the tire side wall was eaten away! We called the nearest uhaul and they said bring it by and they will swap out the trailer... Issue was the car was so difficult to load and we were already beat up from the day there was no way we wanted to unload it and load it on a new trailer. We were able to bend the fender back into place to clear the tire... However we didn't trust the tire fully on the trip home, so we were stuck taking back roads all the way home... Luckily the trailer held up....

Worst experience ever..... Didn't get the key to open the back.... Had to go back and pick up key after I made it home.... Park brake don't work.... Had to put bricks in front of the tires so it don't roll

The trailer that they hooked up to our Tahoe came off while driving and a police officer was behind us and was surprised we controlled it. They should check those things before you leave.

Rude customer service. The truck was not well maintained and I came to return the truck before 7pm. They closed early and would not accept or talk to me regarding the truck and the complaint I had how dirty it was. They walked up to the door and said drop in the key and we will email you the receipt. After calling numerous times they said they cannot assist me. I asked for my receipt and 5 days later it was finally emailed over.

I use U-Haul only. I buy classic cars and trucks . I made a commerical with your truck and trailer that i picked up in Philly to buy a 1930 ford truck that was a great expercince as with most of the time i rent from you guys . the car transporter i took had a blow out 10 minuntes after leaving the site . That put me behind two hours .. missed my pick up time and it took all day to catch up .. I use U-Haul only because you have the best equmpment out there and the price is there also .. check out youtube.com/layjeno see my commerical two trains to philly you might want to make it into some kind of commerical my company can edit it to mae a nice spot i thing U-Haul should look into it beacuse the classic car market needs you guys they just dont know it yet but i do .. took a long time for check-in and check-out ad that was with express customer check-in done online. I had to go over the whole thing all over. Was repeatedly asked to provide a second phone number. I think I'm not the only one these days that no longer has a landline. had a similar experience before and I was not going to rent from uhaul again, and the only reason I did was because your store was open Sunday for Return and I already had something planned for Monday am, otherwise I would have gone to a local trailer rental place. It would have been out of the way but worth the drive.

Teach your employees how to read a gas gauge..i was charged a extra 7 dollars for fuel..when i returned the truck with more fuel than when i picked the truck up..i put $12 in gas and drove only 14 miles..seriously you do the math. there is no way in hell your trucks use $19 worth of gas in the city going 14 miles and no faster than 45 mph..i think maybe the employee needs digital gas gauges so he can stop ripping people off.

Fantastic! Truck was ready on time, and the rental experience required a minimum of red tape.
