No gas was in the truck! Field manager Erick Jean - Louis was very helpful when original Grandriver / Telegraph lost power & no one notified me before going! I tend to use Telegraph & 9 mile anyway.

Contract # 25539101. Arizona License plate AD 32 644. My 17' truck had sloppy steering. Had to adjust steering wheel continuously even in wind still conditions. Driving became difficult-to-dangerous during yesterday's return from Chicago, in windy conditions and with truck empty .

Produce I reserved was not there and electrical on another did not work. Staff did not seem to care or want to try to resolve the issue. Eventually they did offer to upgrade me to. A larger trailer, but that did not really work for my specific needs and caused the rods that I purchase to hang things on to break. That cost me $30. I ended up having to stack my fragile cargo on top of each other which ended up damaging them. After returning the trailer I called customer service to ask how to ensure it doesn't happen again and I was told "there are no guarantees that it won't". I don't understand why the staff does not look at reservations the day before to make sure it is in stock and working. Seems simple. I may try again but will not ever use U-Haul for anything if it happens again

I did not appreciate my treatment when dropping off my vehicle. I pulled up and the guy came "by" the truck but he was doing something on his phone (moat likely work) and then he was talking to another employee. He never looked at me and acknowledged us at all. Another truck pulled up and he immediately helped her. When another worker realized we hadn't been helped he apologized and helped us. When the "rude" guy was asked why didn't he help us he said I didn't roll down the window so he didn't think we were ready. He "don't talk thru windows!" REALLY! What did he think I was waiting there for? It was cold, windy and rainy all day, I wasnt letting the window down without being acknowledged. Acknowledging the customer is customer service 101! Why would he need to be told that? On top of that he never apologized for not helping us, he just walked away. The other employee was very apologetic but he seemed like he didn't care. Not good! I was very upset when I left! As a matter of fact I will try VERY hard never to rent equipment at this location again!!! I am NOT happy with the treatment I received at all!

Keep up the good work. Consider adding rental SUV's to your lineup. I rented the pickup truck but if it rained, it would be nice to have some covering over my stuff.

I was asked for my credit card information which I gave. Also, advised my son would be picking up truck. They did not advise that they would also charge his card at time of pick up. This happened the first and second time within a week. They could not advise how or why after I questioned.

trailer was broken in multiple places, tie downs inside broken and dangling, no stopper on the trailer down so it went all the way up into the ceiling everytime it was opened. people were nice, but the trailer i rented was one of the worst ive ever had, so much so that i returned it a day early.

When we arrived to pickup the truck there was trucks everywhere, this made it difficult to get into the lot. The rep was on a personal call and didn't acknowledge my presence.

The windows were extremely dirty and the windshield wipers were terrible. Unfortunately, I did not check the back for rented items and one item paid for was not in the truck. The store staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend this location, but tell friends to make sure that everything they need is in the truck.

Guy who helped to hook up didn't really want to help. Asked if I could lend a Hand to lift up trailer. He didn't know how to hook up electrical either. I am not sure if I paid $90 or $120 for the rental. Conflicting bills?

Great customer service. The ladies at the front helped me a lot as this was my first time renting a u haul. They helped me every step of the way. Easy and quick return service also. The guys were on it. They all deserve raises. Thank you so much for making my first u haul experience the best ever.

upon returning the equipment the u haul employee remove auto dolly and dropped to the ground, I though this was this was be very rough, this was first time the dolly had been used. after rolling dolly to it's resting place he dropped it to the ground again. My hopes is the next renter get charged for malfunction. I hope the security camera was on the dolly resting spot.
