Incorrectly billed for an extra day and for EZ Fuel Sales, even though I returned the truck a day early and with extra gas. Charges were reversed after four phone calls. I can understand one mistake on an invoice. Two mistakes are either due to gross negligence or fraud. Am contemplating making a report to authorities.

We picked up our truck at 2:30 PM, there was no wait, the truck was ready for our use and it took no more than 10 minutes to check in. We dropped the truck off after hours, used the key drop; couldn't have been easier. Good parking space.

I thought this was the same UHAUL from cascades, But they are totally different from the old cascades location. I like how close they are to Costco. Not even a mile, i walked there to pick a truck when i had to transport out grill and patio set, very pleasant owners !!

One thing is for sure, this place is clean. I have been to big hauls and they have no customer service. They have a nice waiting room with a TV, supplies, and trucks. I need a truck this summer and will definitely go to OTM, thanks for excellent customer service !!!

I never received confirmation from the location that I was to pick it up at that space, so up until a few hours prior to my mom I was not told where to go. THat was frustrating. The website was difficult to navigate when making a reservation and lacked common options such as pick up time.

The truck I originally ordered was given to someone else and I had to return the truck I was given back to this location instead of the location I selected online. This resulted in adding 1.5 hours of driving and $15 in toll fees to my experience. Despite this inconvenience, I was given no discount offer or accommodation. Seeing that it was a 24-hour rental, I found it ridiculous that I could not drop the truck off at a location closer to my destination.

This location was AWFUL!!! The staff cancelled our reservation despite the fact that we called the day before to confirm the truck at a slightly different time. The first truck they gave us wouldn't start and so we had to get another. The computer system was down, so they couldn't process our vehicle. The man at the desk copied our credit card on a copying machine since the computer was down, which has left me very uncomfortable. The whole thing was an awful, horrible, stressful mess. Not at all what we needed on moving day.

There is not always someone available to help. I was paying other people to help me and had to wait almost half an hour for someone top arrive and help me, which cost me more money. I was not thrilled. I was late arriving due to a bad traffic back up, but let them know how much longer I was going to be. They should have advised me that I should call when I was about 15 minutes away to avoid some of the waiting.

Was scheduled to pick-up the truck at 9:00. Got a call on the way over to pick-up saying that due to snow/ice, personnel could not be there until 9:30. As I am sure you are aware, when scheduling a move, timing is critical as you have people standing around and getting a call at 8:40 that personnel could not be there Saturday morning on-time because of snow on there cars from the Thursday storm was very frustrating. Also the pickup location change from the original e-mail confirmation which was not adequately explained when the truck changed based upon availability. Have yet to receive final bill via e-mail

WORST RENTAL/CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! Despite using the expedited check-in feature on the U-Haul website, the truck was not ready to go. I was required to provide my contact and credit card information again, walk through several parking lots to get the truck, and bring it back to the from of the office in order to get the furniture blankets and dolley that I pre-ordered loaded into the truck. This is when i noticed that the truck had not been swept out and also that there was damage to the truck. When I returned the truck just short of six hours later (3 PM and still during posted operating hours), there was no one at the office to turn the key into. A note on the door ( I can provide a picture) suggested that I should wait 10 minutes, call the number posted and that someone would be there within 15 minutes to help me. Not wanting to wait and risk the chance of having to pay a fee for exceeding the 6-hour limit, I called the number. I spoke with someone who identified himself as the owner who directed me to use the drop box. When placing the keys in the drop box I became uncomfortable with the stipulations that I would be responsible for damage from then until the rental contract was settled. I spoke with owner again and he told me not to worry about it in a condescending tone. A few minutes later I spoke with a rep who worked with me to close the contract. I provided the mileage, told her about the pre-existing damage, and the problems I had at pick-up. She apologized for the difficulties and said I should expect a follow-up e-mail with the final bill. The following day (Sunday) I received a call from the man who claimed to be the owner. He said there were problems with my rental in that I had lied about the mileage and the I needed to explain what caused the damage to the truck. With regard to the mileage, apparently the lady who closed the contract transposed numbers (306 instead of the 360 I told her (359.6 to be exact). The "owner" asked several times how the truck got damaged, refused to believe that it was like that when i picked it saying it was impossible. I asked him to please check his records and call me back 3 hours later as I was at a family event. He agreed. 30 minutes later the family event was again interrupted by U-Haul. This time is was the lady and it was obvious that she had talked with the owner who apparently did not care that I had asked to be called back later. She too felt that it was impossible that the truck was damaged when I picked it up. She also said that I would be contacted by a regional rep on Monday as he was unavailable on the weekends. I took offense in that I have a job that requires me to work during the time that he is apparently available to deal with issues and that I would have to take time away from my job to deal with the issue. 2 1/2 hours after the original call (still within the 3 hours I had asked not to be called) I got a call from the lady who apologized for the confu

Overall, terrible service and what seemed to be a shady operation. OTM called to request an earlier pickup time and then was late. During check-in he was visibly not happy to do a one way rental and asked me if I could return the truck instead. He also did not give me the cargo van, which I reserved, and gave me a truck even though there were vans on their lot. The truck was way bigger than my needs and required more gas. Truck had a broken emergency brake release lever - was told to ignore it and not use it. OTM did not show me the truck before asking me to sign the waiver showing level of fuel in gas tank and existing damages. Upon getting in the truck, it showed to have only 3/4 of a tank rather than 7/8 which OTM marked. Would never rent from there again or recommend it to anyone else.

Better signage needed to find the office. The manager called the day before saying the office closed early, and I had to move my pickup time by 2.5 hrs. He was rude and impatient with me when I called for directions.
