Waited 2 hours for someone to open the office, then another 45 minutes since at least 5 other people were also waiting. Regional U-Haul customer service said the office opened at 8, the sign on the office said it normally opened at 9, didn't leave location until almost 11

Can't find the darn place. Took me an hour of driving around with On-Star and could not find it until U-Haul dispatcher stayed on the phone with me and directed me to it. Young boy working there was not friendly, his last words were " Are you happy now" because I wanted a receipt. Rude person

It was hard to find the office and figure out where to drop off the truck and the keys. I understand it is in a office building; would have hoped for better directions.

Put a freaking sign where the dropbox is, please? I pull into a driveway, there's a sign that says, "Uhaul rentals", thats good. Several trucks and a trailer there, so I unhitch. Then I look for a dropbox, or key slot. NOthing. I find the building, 200 feet away behind trees. I walk around the building, no uhaul sign. some uhaul trucks, wonder if there's anything near them. Aha! A lamp post, with a tiny orange box, and no sign!! Maybe some signage would help???? Sorry, took me 20 minutes to find it, a bit frustrated.

I arrived at the location at 3:15. No one was there with a note on the door to call a number. Called that number and it referred to another number. No answer. Called u-haul and was treated very rudely. Called back and asked for manager. U-Haul worker arrived at 4:00. This is not the first time that this happened. U-Haul on Cascades did it twice to us so I changed locations. Obviously, all U-Haul locations do the same. I am requeting a refund. Delay messed up everything!

I have had a reservation/confirmation for a box truck. At the time I suppose to pick it up I got a text message stating my location was changed. Then a phone call and the guy told me that there is no box truck for me! He offered to give me one next day? How stupid is that? My helpers were waiting for me to load/unload my stuff and the guy from U-Haul offered a truck next day? After I have reservation/confirmation?! NO I was not happy! Somebody mess it up and should pay for it!

Very poor location and service. When I showed up to pick up my reservation, it had been given to someone with "the same last name as me." I was told I could take a larger truck, but I would have to pay twice as much. When I said no and called around to other uhaul locations in the area, I was forwarded to the regional office which helped me out. It turns out the truck I had been offered (for twice as much) was already reserved for someone else. Not sure if the owner was just having a rough day, but I will never do business with this location again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. You may be left without a truck and unable to move when you need to. I would like to point out that other uhaul locations have been great to work with, just not this one.

I rented a pick up truck which was to be used to tow a uhaul trailer, the ball was not on the truck and when I asked I was told it was inside the cab. I checked inside the cab, no ball when I mentioned this to the employee I was told that I would have to purchase one if I needed one. I have never rented a truck for towing purposes without the ball.

My pick up was scheduled for 9AM. My pickup was delayed until 10AM. Because of the 1 hr delay, I missed my apartment move in time slot which resulted in approximately 25 extra miles (beyond my included free contract mileage). I have now been charged for the extra mileage. I don't think that's fair. I was at the pickup location on time and now I am being penalized for the resulting extra mileage. NO FAIR !! It would be nice of U-Haul to take responsibility for this extra mileage by issuing a credit to my charge account (which of course was immediately charged based upon the odometer reading).

If this were the only location available, I would never choose U-Haul again. Guy - presumably the owner -- was 45 minutes late opening the shop. Dressed in a t-shirt, shorts, flipflops and shades he refused to take off. He was also completely unconcerned about the 7 customers lined up waiting for nearly an hour. Location was impossible to find, only identified by a 24"x36" sign behind a darkly tinted window. Location does NOT represent the best interests of U-Haul

OTM services needs to hire more employees, the poor kid who helped me was doing everything by himself. He did a great job explaining everything, and worked well, but had to end up apologizing for waits. He did a great job considering he was on his own. Very good experience.

There was only one person available to help, which created a line of customers waiting to receive their rentals. I received my uhaul 45 mins later than my pick up time and I was there early. I was told I needed to return it early as well, this was a big inconvenience.

When I arrived on site, the door was locked and no one was in the office. After 35 minutes of waiting and number ours calls to 4 different phone numbers someone finally arrived on site to assist me. I had no problems with the rental.

Be very careful when dealing with is particular office. Ensure that they get an accurate fuel gage and odometer reading on a signed contract. Ensure that they are given a complete copy of the signed contract and that it matches the fuel and odometer readings.

First, the uhaul website was used to reserve a 20 foot moving truck. The next day, we were told that the truck we reserved was at a different location, not a problem. But then when we got there, there was no 20 foot truck and we were charged the same price for a smaller 17 foot truck. This is a problem. Then there was damage to the truck (a dent) and this was not disclosed to us as we were asked to sign our documents and this left us open to possible issues if someone thought we did the damage. They did not have us walk around the truck to verify damage before we took possession of the unit as they simply asked us to sign the documents. All in all, our experience with the uhaul experience was far less than satisfactory because there were issues from the website, the pick up location and the drop off location.
