I rented a pick up truck which was to be used to tow a uhaul trailer, the ball was not on the truck and when I asked I was told it was inside the cab. I checked inside the cab, no ball when I mentioned this to the employee I was told that I would have to purchase one if I needed one. I have never rented a truck for towing purposes without the ball.

My pick up was scheduled for 9AM. My pickup was delayed until 10AM. Because of the 1 hr delay, I missed my apartment move in time slot which resulted in approximately 25 extra miles (beyond my included free contract mileage). I have now been charged for the extra mileage. I don't think that's fair. I was at the pickup location on time and now I am being penalized for the resulting extra mileage. NO FAIR !! It would be nice of U-Haul to take responsibility for this extra mileage by issuing a credit to my charge account (which of course was immediately charged based upon the odometer reading).

If this were the only location available, I would never choose U-Haul again. Guy - presumably the owner -- was 45 minutes late opening the shop. Dressed in a t-shirt, shorts, flipflops and shades he refused to take off. He was also completely unconcerned about the 7 customers lined up waiting for nearly an hour. Location was impossible to find, only identified by a 24"x36" sign behind a darkly tinted window. Location does NOT represent the best interests of U-Haul

OTM services needs to hire more employees, the poor kid who helped me was doing everything by himself. He did a great job explaining everything, and worked well, but had to end up apologizing for waits. He did a great job considering he was on his own. Very good experience.

There was only one person available to help, which created a line of customers waiting to receive their rentals. I received my uhaul 45 mins later than my pick up time and I was there early. I was told I needed to return it early as well, this was a big inconvenience.

When I arrived on site, the door was locked and no one was in the office. After 35 minutes of waiting and number ours calls to 4 different phone numbers someone finally arrived on site to assist me. I had no problems with the rental.

Be very careful when dealing with is particular office. Ensure that they get an accurate fuel gage and odometer reading on a signed contract. Ensure that they are given a complete copy of the signed contract and that it matches the fuel and odometer readings.

First, the uhaul website was used to reserve a 20 foot moving truck. The next day, we were told that the truck we reserved was at a different location, not a problem. But then when we got there, there was no 20 foot truck and we were charged the same price for a smaller 17 foot truck. This is a problem. Then there was damage to the truck (a dent) and this was not disclosed to us as we were asked to sign our documents and this left us open to possible issues if someone thought we did the damage. They did not have us walk around the truck to verify damage before we took possession of the unit as they simply asked us to sign the documents. All in all, our experience with the uhaul experience was far less than satisfactory because there were issues from the website, the pick up location and the drop off location.

The employee didn't open the site for almost an hour. The lady checking me out said truck had half a tank when the slip said quarter. I asked her to correct she spoke to an attendant, in a different language, and then asked me to sign the documents. I refused, she then said they the attendant will add fuel. He put in less than a half tank and said it was aat half. I was so disappointed that I just left with the intention of contacting haul latter.

I dropped off truck at night but left my keys in their, went back in the morning and told them about the keys, they were quick to help me out, gentleman from office came out with me and gave me keys back. Great customer service, keep up the good work Thanks AJ

You charged us for bag of pads that we returned unopened and not used! When requesting a refund the nice sales person contacted the owner who denied the request! Poor business practice into opinion! Also check out was slow and printer was low on ink.

Horrible all around experience from misinformation, to no information, to no one there when we showed up for our pick-up appointment. When did arrive, one couldn't log into the computer while the other sat outside on the cell phone the entire hour and half it tooks us to get the truck.

i rented by 9 am. the office was closed, I had to call the number on the door. Misael, show up, but the person in the phone told me was a lady, The lady show up after 10 minutes late. the lady had to call somebody, because she said is new. at the end, with paper works, explanations, misunderstanding the miles, etc. I left your office almost an hour late., Misael was a great person, but the lady didn't say good morning or apology for be late. I'm not sure about is I don't pick up at time the truck you will give me $50. Thank you

They over booked the trucks and did not have the 14 ft I reserved and gave me a 10 ft truck which made my move that much longer. After he gave me 10 ft truck he told me the person who reserved the 10 ft truck wasn't going to be happy. Very unprofessional would not recommend.

My van was not ready for over 2 hours after the scheduled pick-up time and I was overcharged for both mileage and gasoline, incorrectly doubling the bill I was supposed to receive for a one day van rental!

I really appreciate the staff here. I showed up early and one employee had gotten there early as well. He tried to get me in and out quickly but the key for the truck I reserved was with another employee. I waited some time for the key to arrive as other customers began to come in. Once the employee with the key showed up with the key she did her best to get me out the door quickly and without prompting applied a discount for my time waiting. Both employees directly effected my experience positively when the situation could have caused me some frustration for waiting. I would recommend this location to all. They are honest and really will help you if they are able.
