Self storage policies

Do not store flammables, fuels, ammunition, paints, explosives, animals, perishables or U-Haul furniture pads and equipment. Store at your own risk guns, money, securities, jewelry, furs, paintings and other high-risk valuables.

No smoking or alcoholic beverages.

Failure to check out will result in denied access next visit.

Rent is due monthly (on your rental agreement date). For your convenience, ask about the Credit Card Payment Plan, or you can pay with check or cash. To protect your possessions, ask about Safestor insurance protection. Failure to pay rent on time will result in late fee charges assessed one day after the due date, and again 15 days after the due date. Access to your storage room will be denied. After a period of time, we may charge an inventory and sale fee, and get a lien and sell your stored goods.

Strategic security stations are located throughout our facility for your personal protection and valued possessions.

Storage access hours are:

7:00am - 7:00pm, Monday - Thursday
7:00am - 8:00pm, Friday
7:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday
9:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday

For the protection of your stored goods, our areas are treated with pest-control chemicals.

Elevators and carts are free for our storage customers to use. As a courtesy to other customers, please return the provided carts you use when you're finished or pay a retrieval fee of $15.

No unauthorized use of dumpsters. You must leave your room clean; for a fee you may use the dumpsters. There is a $500 fine for violations.
