Jessie MWhen checking out the outside of truck, I noticed 2 damages with NO sticker marks. I went back in before leaving to let them know & Mitchell argued with me that yes there are markings. I told him I'm not here to argue & walked out. He came out only to see there were NO stickers marking the damaged. Very rude & since it was a 1 way drop off, the other place would have thought I did it. His Customer service needs improvement. You never argue with a customer before checking out complaint first!
DEBBIE BI think all the uhauls should be filled all the way up, and the last person that use them should fill it up, where no money comes out of uhaul pocket, unless you have to fill it up and charge the last consumer on hand.

He was very thorough about his job and I appreciate the way he done everything, I feel like I was extremely taken care of. He showed me everything and everything was good, and I also messaged him and sent him pictures afterwards to reaffirm that I did my end of the bargain of making sure it was back before 9 o’clock. I am extremely pleased with the service and I would highly recommend this to a friend or anybody needing a U-Haul for that particular location , thank you for everything you’ve done and thank you for what you help me with. You actually made this move a lot easier on my behalf. Thank you.

angela pRented a uhaul on a Saturday. The truck they gave us has no air and the side mirror moved everytime we hit a bump or even turned. Called the office and they gave me a number that when I called had been disconnected. Basically told me I should have called the day of even though they were closed. Or I should have just used the roadside assistance.
