We went to this location after being treated carelessly and rudely by the staff at the Wilma Rudolph location. Was ready to swear off uhaul forever but Gary at A1 turned the whole day and relationship around. If you need a uhaul or storage in the area go with Gary and A1 before any other location and avoid the Wilma Rudolph location at all costs.

They charged me for a appliance dolly rental, but I never received that piece of equipment or refund. Other than that, it went smooth and Kirk is easy to do business with.

The lot had fresh gravel and I got stuck dragging the trailor around. Its tricky for pulling a trailor but doable. My interaction with Gary was very positive. He made me feel like family. He didnt mind helping us out. He made us laugh, and I felt like I could trust him. I will be going back to Gary for all our rental needs.

By far the best uhaul location I've been to in Clarksville. I was treated with courtesy, and cannot say anything negative about this location. Most locations I feel like a bother, but the gentleman in this location is by far the is the most respectful I have come across, and takes pride in his business and his customer service. Fully recommend to anyone.
