The lady at the counter seemed inconvenienced that I was even in the building. I tried making small talk about her dog to make the interaction a little less awkward. Then without even inspecting the trailer, she just checks it in that it’s in good condition. If I ran a business I would want to verify myself but hey at the end of the day it’s not my problem. Lastly, they didn’t help me unhook at all. She flat out said, yeah just go put it in line in the field with the others. Didn’t ask, didn’t seem to care really. Listen, I get you don’t want to do it all yourself but for the kind of money you require for one of these trailers, it should not be on me to set it up for the next guy.
David CLocal friends were unfamiliar with this location but we were able to find it with no trouble. Return process was smooth, courteous service.
