The owner Craig didn't have a suitable truck but found one within the network and had it transferred to his facility so I could pick it up there. He did this within a few hours of my initial call. Thanks Craig you really helped me get a truck on very short notice.

DAN ATo be honest I would not change anything. Every thing was neat, clean and he even double checked all details.
Samuel AScheduled pick up for 10 am and because it was 2 minutes after the time the owner left so the pick up had to be rescheduled. Issues with bent rachet strap lock and called to see what to do (as we were pulling out for a 1500 mile move). He assured me he would call a rep and then never returned my call.
Johna FI reserved a one way 26 foot truck 2 weeks before pickup. Okay no problem. 2 days before I move, I received a voicemail that there isn’t a truck of that size available within a 100 miles. Then I received a phone call saying there wasn’t a truck of that size within 200 miles. I placed a call again the next day (1 day before I am moving) and was able to get a 20 foot one way truck but it was a 100 plus miles away. They gave me a small discount, added 300 extra miles, and they did try to do whatever it took to get a truck. It all worked out in the end.
