Kareah NIt would have been helpful to have a hard copy or text of details like how many miles came with the truck. The number kept changing. I was not pleased that our pick up time moved from our request of 9 AM to 10:30. 8
Hank HI returned the vehicle after washing out the container and was still charged a $25 cleaning fee. Very disappointed.

Jessica WThe cab of the truck was not very clean but I said it was because I wanted to get going. However, the lady who helped me was most friendly and wonderful:) Also I have never had to use an app for drop off and I only realized I didn’t do it right after.
CHRISTINA JThe app did not work for after hours drop off. The 1800 number never called me back. I got ahold of the site when they opened, 5 hours after drop off and the lady kindly waved the convince fee. But she said the back looked like there was a Animal feces in the back?? It was clean when returned. But then she didn’t charge me. Wrong truck??

KEVIN SEverything was very smooth and professional as always there can be an leading incentive like rent 4 times get the 5th half off. Or rent three storage units at the same location get the truck free. Just a thought

PETER RSpoke to the female manager, Josh*s wife, very nice lady. Forgive me,, I*m still tired and can*t remember her name which is on my paperwork. She assured me that Tyler would be checking me out for the pick up and would do a great job. I started the online check in...NO place to click " your online check in is completed...see you at this location , date and time." When I got to Tyler, I would not sign the contract till I verified the mileage and gas level reported on the contract white paper. The 15* truck had dead bugs all over the cab., the current trees dried leaves coated on the window shield wipers. The two equipment pieces were NOT on the truck yet. Time waster. So we went to retrieve the two rented equipment items and a BROOM. Tyler did a great job at clearing the leaves. Asked him if the tires air level and oil was checked? Tyler assured me it was done. When he started the engine it sounded awful/rough. And they had two days to get it ready. I have rented from your corporation at least 8 times. Worrisome, but nice people. Tyler was fun.

Josef ZNo one was available in the office initially and when I called the phone number listed on the rental contract I was answered by someone who gave me run around and attitude and did not seem to want to come check in the trailer. Eventually someone else saw us parked there and waiting for assistance and took care of quickly and in a professional manner.
