Ross DDirty and dumpy office. The person was nice and cordial, but the trailer looked like it had been dragged through the mud and gravel, with piles of dirt and gravel on the wheel wells. It looked like it would not make the trip to haul anything. I also had to go to another location to pick up a Utility dolly I had ordered and needed. He said he could just take it off the bill and I said NO!!! I need it to haul the items to the trailer.
Tim Deveryone was very helpful and friendly. Each individual I came in contact with made sure that I had very thing I needed for my trip and storage.

PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND USE PENSKE!
ELIZABETH MOvercharged. Never answers landline. Will be requesting a partial refund. Transmission light was on /shifting was terrible. DROVE TRUCK 60 MILES AND HAD IT FOR 2 DAYS AND PAY $222?!?!

Theodore Fthe trailer we had been assigned had not been returned when we were scheduled to pick it up. The salesman (wish I could remember his name) handled the situation so well. We were on our way in just a few minutes with a similar unit and our move went on without a hitch.

Jody MThe one complaint I have is the trailer I wanted to rent for $14 showed as unavailable for this location, however when I showed up to get the trailer I rented for $28 the other one was present both when I picked up and dropped off my trailer. A bit disappointed I had to pay double for a trailer I didn't need.

TAMARA WI have previously submitted a review regarding this trailer rental. Briefly: I rented a 6’x12’ pull trailer. I needed the trailer to be 6’. I asked the Uhaul staff to confirm the width, since the trailer had a ramp with plates in the back the held the ramp up. I asked for a measurement and the staffer said their measuring tape was stolen, but he is pretty sure the width of the opening is 6’. After driving 40 miles to my loading location, I quickly realized it was not 6’. So I drove (80 miles round trip) to Uhaul and requested a discount since the trailer was not useable. The staff said once the trailer leaves the lot, no refunds or discounts. This $46 rental not only cost me the 6 hour rate, but gas for 80 miles and inability to get my needed load. I now have to find another trailer doubling the cost because of a “lost tape measure”??? Not happy. Not a good experience. I hope whoever reads this at Uhaul contacts me with at LEAST an apology for my inconvenience, lost time, and lost money!!!
Martin SLocation was great, service was great. Truck? Not so much. It had 190k miles, but I won't hold that against it. Rather, the driver side windshield wiper popped off 4 times and I could not use it continuously, even while driving in a pounding rain. The steering was more of a guess than anything, and neither door shut completely so the noise in the cab was so loud we couldn't talk. Also, there was something that was hanging by the brake, so it interfered with braking unless you were very careful. That said, the truck was clean, and the engine was strong. Still, those other issues, particularly the wiper, are significant.

Don HWhen I picked up the uhaul I was told I was being charge one thing, and ended being charged a lot more. I put 7 gallons worth of gas in the tank and I was still charged a fuel cost. I’m extremely upset, and will never rent from you guys again

alyssa dYou charged me damage for a different customer that blew out a tire. They even had the vehicle at a different date/time than I did and the reciepts show that. Someone needs to fix this because it is absolutely unacceptable.
