My experience with the location was great. However, I’m unsure if it is on the individual location or uhaul the company, but a heads up that it would/could take a MONTH before charges would be billed would have been something I would have preferred to have had disclosed. I may have made a different decision at the time of purchase with my payment method had I known how long it would take. A couple of days to finalize charges I can understand, but a month is not acceptable.

Mark NilesI order a trailer and an appliance dolly. They didn’t have an appliance dolly. The guy sent me to Columbia… said they would have one. Nope. I was picking up a fridge 50min to an hour away in Nashville, so this was the last thing I needed. So I yet again had to go to another location and get the dolly I needed.

Darlene HarwellNot much, since I just dropped off U-Haul's old wornout, unmaintained equipment at about midnight because, gee, there was no real human beings to answer my original distress calls. Then we got back on the road to find a place to calm down and get some sleep, losing a day's travel time from our trip. So now we have to drive both vehicles to Michigan from Tennessee because of U-Haul putting profits ahead of real customer service.
Gary ClarkHaving dollies would definitely be a good idea. I got lucky and had a friend who let me borrow his. Otherwise the person who was there was pleasant, got me checked out quickly and answered all of my questions knowledgably. Overall, it was a pleasant, stress free experience.
