Anna, an Anco ACE employee, took care of us at rental pick up. She was professional, and explained the paperwork perfectly. She also offered savings pavkages, which we appreciated. I’ll return here to rent again.

ALLISON HI had a 10-ft truck rented for 1:00 on Thursday quarter of 12 he calls me and tells me that the 10-ft truck isn't back you don't have to take a 20 foot truck why didn't he start at 9:00 in the morning finding me where I could get a 10-foot truck instead of waiting until an hour before I'm ready to pick it up you couldn't go you couldn't even do the speed limit because the truck would shake like crazy when you put the brakes on the windshield wipers did not clear the windshield off they must be 20 years old driver side headlight was out I'm driving in rain f*** 200 miles a truck twice the size that I need paint tools and gas yes he did credit me $40 for the gas and gave it to me for the price of 19 ft truck but still he should have had a truck listen call me at 12:00 and say oh listen don't pick it up here pick it up there so he had to do it's not the way to treat customers sounds like a scam to me cuz when I picked it up there's a 15 ft truck sitting there sitting in the same spot as it was when I returned the truck his excuse it wasn't running it was broke down so it really sounded like he was scamming me trying to get more money out of me for a bigger truck all I moved was a couch and a sofa your equipment is not good at all the truck should not have been on the road if it cannot do the speed limit without shaking all over the place I'm very unsatisfied and I will find someone else to rent from the next time running from you for years not anymore

KEVIN MI ran the truck in overdrive all day because that was not known or explained to me. My gas mileage sucked because of that and I paid way more then expected. The truck was very uncomfortable and loud. I guess that is to be expected but hey, you asked.

Robert SThere was a problem with being billed for a dolly that was returned. The people at the Anco took care of the issue within an hour.
DANIEL VWas severely overcharged, the place kept telling me they couldn't tell me the price for the extension then they charged me an astronomical rate after telling me they would contact cooperate and fix it. They didn't have the right size vehicle when I went to pick it up so they put me in a larger vehicle. I was told that they would give me a better rate as that was not my fault then got charged way over what I was told. I'm filing a complaint with my back first thing tomorrow and then I'm going on my blog and writing an article to describe how unprofessional and terrible my experience was so that everyone knows to stay away from this place and not to trust them. The I will be contacting u haul cooperate to make a formal complaint. This is pure highway robbery
