KRISTAN DOANDid online check in for quicker pick up and when got there had to repeat some of information I had already provided online. Truck was not swept out and had broken glass on floor in back. Although I paid for a full day of use I kept getting messages that I had to return the truck whithin 4 hours. If I paid the 24 hour rate I should have usage for 24 hours. The truck was well maintained mechanically.

jason powerI asked if the van had a trailer hitch and they said yes. I went out to get the van and it had about 6” of frozen snow on the windshield covering the wipers. Then I started it and pulled it ahead to see that it didn’t have a trailer hitch. I went to another location to get a ten foot van and it didn’t have the proper hitch either. So I just canceled it and went elsewhere.

Then the windshield on inside was extremely dirty especially when got dark. Not sure if vehicle was wiped down inside either. Other than this the gentleman who served me was beyond amazing and very helpful.

TONI BACKSTROMThe van had dog hair on the seats (I'm allergic), bad animal smell, garbage in the doors, filthy windows and mirrors, NO windshield fluid and the left blinker light was not working. We had to wash the windows and mirrors and fill the washer liquid before heading to our destination. Yet we were charged $13.85 for missing a few liters of gas fill up.

Doug DuncanThe male attendant was very rude & condescending. If asked a question he ignored me or just walked away. He was training a young girl,( not well )and she was going around him to be nice to me. I asked him at one point if he could check to make sure my hitch was on corrected and he rudely said “That’s not my job”. He never once made eye contact. Truly he should never work in a job that human interaction is required. He had a scruffy beard. We didn’t do a check on the trailer and when I opened it, it was full of cardboard and papers. I cannot remember ever being treated this bad.

scott simpsonThey make a mistake on the bill. I rented for one day and they bill 2 days. I contacted U-Haul customer service and it was impossible to get my money back. U-Haul customer service did not solve the problem. So, be very careful if you rent at that place. I will never rent there again. I use to rent U-Haul quite often, but that the fist time overcharge happen. Do not rent at that place. (U-Haul customer service is useless).

Tim GraitsonThe vehicle needs and oil change, it needed an oil change when I rented the same vehicle 3 weeks earlier. The vehicle was not clean, 1 years worth of dead bugs on the windshield, dog fur on the seats and the general overall cleanliness was not up to par especially during covid - there was 0 covid protocol cleaning complete before released.

LESLIEJ MAURERW had reserved an appliance dolly. This dolly was not present at this location. We were very fortunate that as it happened, we did not need the dolly. Had we needed one, we would've had to drive out of our way to a different u haul location, which would have been very inconvenient.

Michael MooreThe truck only had 3/4 of a tank of fuel but I had to return full. Also the truck had spills on the floor and a bottle of liquid eye drops (half used) still in the cup holder. I do t see how this truck was clean especially in these Covid 19 times where everything is supposed to be sanitary. Makes me quite nervous now. Pay full price to uhaul for an unclean not full truck.
Andrew MartinThe location was closed. There was no way to access the key. The truck was dirty, full of food and garbage and had a phone in it. If it weren't for the wonderful team at the Parker Street location (Parker Street Rental and Storage) who got a key cut, and cleaned the truck for us, we'd have been without a truck.
Derek OelmannWhen I arrived, the vehicle I reserved was unavailable as it's safety had expired. I ended up getting a smaller truck, which then forced making 2 trips and adding 4 hours to the move time. I will never use U Haul in the future

SAIYED HASANFirst off they can make sure they have everything ready when the customer arrives. Then you can make sure that they actually have what is requested. I will probably never rent from haul again as they didn’t have the dolly I requested and it made the move horrible instead of easy like it should have been. No discount was offered for not having the proper equipment. Also having to fuel the truck back up and pay for mileage as well is ridiculous.. It should be one or the other... I was moving from an apartment in which you need to book the elevator and they only give you so long. I lost some of that time by them not having it ready... So I had to move the rest down the stairs, not fun.....
Andrew ClarkColin at Parker St Belleville is my "go to" Uhaul dealer. He wasn't able to reserve me one from his stock understandably on Oct 1 being somewhat of a moving day for many. Colin searched and found one 5 minutes away. Well done again!! I haven't dealt with the Aqua Bay location as Colin usually has quite a number of cargo trailers in stock. Happy Returning Customer!!!
NORMAN MITTSThe car was not clean, it was too dirty. Communication was bad. I asked the guy for the gas which when I refilled it it took more than 10 litters and I drove it just 10 km. He jusy ignored me saying it was full when you got it and it is full again, not recommend this location
