Lois LongReturning with gas a 1/4 level is Difficult, and subjective. (Gauge doesn’t appear to be accurate. ) This would be easier if the gas level is full tank; Start your rental with a full tank of gas, return it with a full tank of gas.

Fransico GutierrezThis place was quick and easy. They helped me move some heavy stuff out of my car to the truck. Very friendly, I highly recommend this place. !! Previous 1 star reviewer ( NAEIM N ) doesn't know how rental charge works? They hold/charge your card for estimated charge first. When your return your truck then they charge you for finalized bill. Idiot.
SIMON LEEThe cab itself was mostly clean, I think a previous customer left a Starbucks cup in the passenger door side cubby, threw that away during my cleaning. I did notice that the van was pulling towards the right slightly, the unit I rented definitely needs to have an alignment done. I also noticed that the driver side mirror wasn't adjusting with the controls, that's something that should be addressed to increase safety.

Andre ButlerThis location charged me a gas fee when I put plenty of gas in the truck, an illegal charge. I should not have been charged the $18 charge when I put $15 in the tank. I only drove 20 miles. I going to file a complaint against this location.
Jeff LykkenThe website was not very clear because it allowed me to schedule an 8am pickup stating that I could use my phone to pickup before the location was open at 10am. But when I clicked the link to pickup, it then told me to wait until 10am anyways. Very frustrating because it tightened my small window to move everything.

STACIE PAULSONI've rented U-Haul trailers and trucks across the country and this is by far the easiest rental experience I ever had. The team at Barone's were fully prepared. They had my furniture dolly in the back of the vehicle and the vehicle staged on the street for easy access. The new check in feature via text with links worked well but will share, I had to submit my return checking multiple times when the final page did not load bringing me all the way back to reloading mileage and fuel amount.

Jeanette PetersenLocation at drop off had no instructions on where to leave rental truck. Reaching uhaul's customer service was impossible. I called uhauls customer service and no one answered. Phone was ringing for 40 mins until I was frustrated that no one was answering and hung up. Was desperate to speak to customer service to figure out what to do. I am extremely disappointed by uhauls lack of customer service and I will not be using uhaul again after this experience. What should have been a quick drop off - took me 1.5 hours to complete and what made it worse was the lack of response from uhaul's customer service.
Daniel YiReservation was online and quick and easy. Picking up the van was equally problem-free. The person I dealt with when picking up the van was pleasant and helpful. I strongly recommend picking up UHaul Rentals from this place of business and while you're these peruse the wonderful garden statues, fountains and art work. Excellent!

Jolene WinterNothing . All was great. But I did want to tell you that the check-In process asked me if the truck was clean enough for a new family to use. I wasn’t positive, but I put Yes. There is some dirt left in cab and back because we transported lawn clippings. I swept it out, but it could use a spray. Thanks.
