There were cigarette ashes on the console, and the cab smelled of stale cigarettes and smoke. Not the location's fault, necessarily...just wish they would've sprayed some deodorizer in there. Also, I had 12 felt pads on my order, and understood I had purchased them, not "rented" them when I made the reservation. Didn't find that unpleasant fact out until I checked the equipment in. Had to pay for 12 felt blankets at check-in.
Leeman HInclude the dolly when people pay for a dolly (I was still charged for it even after lettingthem know I didn't receive it).
