Dexter HI was charged for a appliance dolly that I was not with truck when I picked it up. I told lady I was talking to with u haul that night was told when I returned it it would be taken off. When I went tot return the truck the guy said he could not return money. So I called u haul explainied what happen was put on hold. She came back on was told supervisor didn’t answer. He would call me back. I still have not received a call.
TERESA CWhen I called to see if the trailer could be dropped off early, I was told yes, the office is open until 4 PM. We got there around 11 am and no one was around. I called the number and was told to just leave it, it would be fine. I never received a confirmation through email even though I was told I would.

sarah jThe associate at by pass rentals was helpful , and inviting witch was great since hickman ky was were i moved to. i would recommend. this place to everyone who needs this service, and i definitely. will b giving him all my business.
Billy KI was unable to reach anyone to drop off the rental the night before it was due causing me to return the rental a couple hours late the next day resulting in an extra charge for the rental and there is no offset for the extra fuel in the tank.

LYMAN MAre trip was 700 miles plus. The airconditioner started giving me problems about half way. It would just stop running. The temp outside was pushing 98+. It was hot I told the guy in the uhaul place and he was like thanks. For the info
