Back of U-Haul was dirty and missing items ordered like dolly, furniture pad and furniture blankets.
Theodore TThis was a smoke shop that sells and supports products that I don’t. I don’t understand why the store I originally request to pick up my truck was moved to this smoke shop. I had to drive past the store i originally selected and the truck I requested was right there. Before you all randomly move people you should really find out if the store you are sending people to is one they feel comfortable walking into. I certainly didn’t and wouldn’t go back to this shop to rent.
