Joan SWe called this location due to a family emergency that delayed our pick up until later the same day that we had planned. They said they were open until 4 and it was no problem. I called at 3pm to tell them we were on our way. I was told the system was down and that we could not pick up until the next day. Adding to our stressful day. My husband talked to the manager and said we had to get the trailer that day and to do the contract by hand if necessary and we had a lot of plans depending on getting the trailer. The person in charge said he would do the contract manually. When we arrived, all was completed in the system we had been told was down and not working. Not sure why we were told it wasn’t working. Maybe he wanted to go home early? This added a lot of stress to an already stressful day.

Joan SThe night before I was to return my rental, I received a call from UHaul. They told me that the Burke St facility in Visalia was not accepting returns so I would have to return the truck to the facility on Mineral King Ave. I thought this was strange so I called the Burke St facility and they said they are accepting returns. I returned the truck there since it was much more convenient for me. They said it was very strange that I received the call regarding where I should return it.

Brian ADidn’t receive the requested additional items. I had to spend an hour and a half going to another location to pick up an appliance dolly and furniture mover. They didn’t have a furniture dolly. Got charged by both locations. Never did get a furniture dolly. Never use Uhaul again.

Steve VThe location I had my initial reservations was a horrible experience. When I arrived to pick up the trailer no one was there, I called multiple times but no one answered. I had to call the 800 number and drive out of my way to another location to get a trailer. I was very disappointed, it cost me time and money. The Burke st. Uhaul employee was very helpful but overall a negative experience using Uhaul!

David WThe drop off is apparently behind the building and it's written on the door that if you return to the wrong place you will be billed $20. But the problem is that the last part of turning in your rental is dropping off the keys. So I had logged my mileage and gas and parking location when I had to move the truck.

Louis CEmployee checked my lights & let me leave without informing me that I had no tail lights. Since I was supposed to be driving at night, and was 100 miles away when this was discovered, I had to return home & wasn’t able to use the trailer. It was a complete waste of time & money.

Myla SThey don’t have Dollie’s for rent. No key Dropbox. They were good in discounting my rental due to the gas line being cut. Not their fault but it took 2 1/2 hours of our rental and I had yo pay drivers during that time

Carey MMake sure that the inspection is correct. Mileage was off and gas level was wrong. As well the cab area was dirty with dry mud inside. The truck in back was also very dirty. I had to sweep it out before I loaded my stuff.
DENISE PHorrible experience. It literally took 1 hour and 50 min to return the 15 footer and pickup the 10 footer via the app and the website. Kept either giving errors over and over or kept saying link expired Was on the phone for an hour and half until customer service finally did the return on their end and then helped with the pickup

He is good for the company and an important asset to your company Good help is hard to find you don't ever want to let him go

Angelina PThe past 2 times I’ve returned a one-way uhaul at this location they’ve told me to drive to a different location to drop off as “their lot is full.” When I get to the other location they tell me they’re full too. It is an incredibly frustrating experience and I will not use uhaul again because of it.
Herman CWhen we arrived to pick it up, we had to wait an hour or so since nobody was there. On the road, we had gotten a flat tire, and attempted to use the SafeTrip which was supposed to be 24/7 service, but there was no point in waiting for something that was never going to arrive. I had to fix the tire myself out of my own pocket, and if it wasn’t for our flat tire we would’ve been at our destination quicker.

Cariann BVery frustrated with Uhaul. We did a one way and were told my Mahogany and Anna who both told me I would receive a credit. When I reserved the truck, I wasn't given to option of a return day. Uhaul automatically made it two days. I only needed it for one. They assured me I would receive a credit because I would return early. I called today after being charged the full amount and, very unsympathetically, was told Uhaul wouldn't and doesn't offer a credit. One ways are flat rate. Then the whole run around about him not being sure why they told me that, it was inaccurate, etc, etc. I didn't need the truck for the days Uhaul gave me, they wouldn't let me adjust the actual days I needed and then wouldn't credit me the time. I picked and returned the same day. Uhaul had the truck back in its possession way before I was supposed to return it. More than 36 hours early actually. I had the truck for about 8.5 hours but was still charged the full 48 hour price.
