I have no complaints. I wasn't expecting everything to go as smooth as it did. They even called me after the time I was scheduled to return the truck when I forgot. And it was easy to extend it for another day. Excellent customer service.

marilyn jExplain to the customer in more detail how you handle the financial process. But the person or I should say both persons that helped me when I picked up the U-haul truck and the one who helped me when I returned the truck, both were very professional, courteous and very friendly.
Julie SOne of the shacklebolts from one of the wheels on the auto transport was broken and the transport was given to us like that. On our way to our destination, that same tire blew out and we lost several hours for work time to wait until it was replaced as well as the tire.
Melissa SPick up was great. Drop off was a horrible experience. I was transferred to 3 different locations WHILE EN ROUTE to return the truck. I was told to go to a certain location, and when I got there the place was closed, HOURS before I was given the call to change the location.

Ruth DRented a vehicle for a local move. The truck size I reserved wasn't available, but they immediately provided another truck. I didn't have to spend extra time driving to another location. Both the pick up and drop off were handled quickly and efficiently by friendly people.

Talitha EThis was a 1 way drop off, very bad service! I was frantically trying to return the truck and because the return address is NOT properly listed, I drove around town like a crazy person and talked to 2 U-Haul representatives that were not helpful, they were confused as much as I was. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with U-Haul! Change the San Bernardino address to read STREET because when I entered the address as shown on the receipt, I got the same address in RIALTO!!!!!!! I really thought I was going crazy and did not understand what the heck I was doing wrong. 1 representative told me they could change the return site but it would COST ME??? Not helpful at all in my state of mind! When I finally got to the correct address, using most of the gas, I was given a credit for extra miles driven, REALLY!! I should have been credited for the EXTRA TIME, DISTANCE and the extra distance my return ride had to drive. He also was late getting back home because of this!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I have been using U-Haul for many years and this was the worst! NEVER AGAIN.
Yolanda GThe vehicle had only half a tank of fuel but the contract said it had an eighth more of fuel than it really had. It’s a little bit deceitful because you have customers having to pay for extra fuel on top of the fuel they used already. I have seen others go through this issue before and return the rental with the same amount of fuel and they got fined because they didn’t fill it up to where the contract says, even though the contract was false which is why I took pictures of the fuel gauge before and after I left.

Cung NI'm occasionally not very happy with UHaul, but typically the locations are great - as is the case here. The people at this location were really good to work with. UHaul sent me there instead of my requested location, so the only reason I would not go there is because it is too far away from home. So, that is a ding against UHaul, NOT Charlies Auto Repair. The reason for the 'No' for the equipment is that the door on the trailer was hard to open and close and I could not close it past half way when it was Freezing. (Well under 30F).

Patrick VWas supposed to have a dozen moving blankets that I paid for in the trailer per the associate that helped me and there were none in the trailer. Big disappointment.
Jose RDidn’t honor my reservation on a 8’ pickup. Didn’t take off 50$ that app said if they didn’t have truck available. Processed all paperwork for wrong truck. Leaving I noticed they had 3 pickup trucks on their lot and they had to “still check them in”. This was the only reason I went to this location and they were going to reach out to the area manager about taking 50$ off but still nothing.
Joshua sI was estimated for 100 miles and I used 89 miles but the location did not want to adjust the milage used and I ended up paying for the 100 miles. They refused to update it and blamed Uhaul as a this was the policy. This is not the first time I rented from Uhaul and I know you only pay for what you use and not for what was estimated. Extremely dissatisfied with this location.
