The pickup truck was dirty inside and out. The inside was full of long white dog hairs. The truck otherwise was a good truck.

I got to the rental office to return the trailer at the time it should have been open and left 30 minutes later and they were still not open. There was trash on the ground around the office and in the storage area. There were parked trucks blocking the exit from the office location. Calls to the office were not answered and were not returned when a message was left. The first U-haul agent I talked to about the problem said they would check the trailer in but that did not happen. The 2nd U-haul agent I talked to was successful in getting the trailer checked in and they appeared gave me one free day for my trouble. There was no working link on the U-haul web site where I could leave feedback.

Truck was old with 143,000 miles. Front end wandered all over the road. Tires were very out of balance and bounced truck so bad on highway it almost made driver nauseous. Exhaust manifold leak when engine was cold. Location was poorly managed. Had reserved moving blankets but they didn't have any and simply complained that U-Haul didn't have a system to track the inventories. Had to wait extra 20 minutes for attendant to remove combination lock accidentally installed on cargo door. Office could not print my contract. Took 4 days to get the automated check-in resolved and finally had to drive to location and ask the owner to check the truck in. This was after 4 different calls to 800 GO UHAUL and area coordinator. No one ever answered the phone at this location during these 3 days. He claimed internet problems. Office smelled like marijuana buds. Will never use this location again.

Scheduling the rental and pick up of the vehicle was simple and straight forward and the employee (Nick) was polite and helpful. The rental truck was mostly clean, aside from some garbage left in the passenger side door. When we dropped off the vehicle, the employee (did not get his name) was on his phone during the entire transaction and the building smelled very strongly of marijuana, which is why I would not recommend this location.

Employees were late to work. They did not show up at the time Google listed the opening time. I waited 30 minutes for someone to show up. Lazy management.

The only problem with our experience was that I had scheduled to do a mobile pickup at 8:30 and when we got there it said we had to wait until 9:00 because the store wasn’t open. It was very frustrating since I had arranged movers for 8:30.

We were set to pick up the truck at 7:00am and no keys were available. So we had to wait until the store opened at 9:00 and then were given no apology for the inconvenience and were only given the two extra hours (that we paid for) because I made him adjust the order.

The gentleman was nice checking me in, however when I expressed my disappointment, it didn't seem to be his problem. He told me the mirrors did move, I explained I had my Brother work on moving both mirrors and they would not budge, I told him about the air and radio, he mentioned that, it was to bad since it was an 8.5 hour ride.

The driver and passenger area didn’t smell good at all. There was urine or animal smell. I tried to call the location manager/ the guy works there but i couldn’t reach him!

On Friday and Saturday mornings, they really need a three man crew at this location. Two cells and a runner to do trailer/truck him and inspections for pre and post rentals.

The man was very nice, professional, ready, and a good attitude through the process. It was a Monday, he had many truck returns from the weekend. He moved them around and checked them all in with a smile and had m8ne ready and sitting there.

Even though I put in gas before the return they still added over $8 to my tab for gas... not cool. I only drove 12 miles, this is not my first Rodeo with uhaul and I'm usually satisfied but this time I was left unhappy.

They said a 15 foot truck was avaible but when I went to pick it up they didn't give me an option and upgraded me to the 20 footer; not only was I uncomfortable driving the bigger vehicle, but I didn't have enough to fill the 20footer and some of my property was dinged up due to that

Only negative, which is not actually against this facility, when we booked the storage here this location came up as participating in the one way free first month storage the discount didn't show up on my online transaction so I ask on the online chat and they told me that it doesn't always show up on the online cart and that I would just have to ask for the discount to be applied at check-in at the facility. Got there to check-in after a long day of travel and the owner informs me he does not participate in the one way free storage program. The was literally the only reason I chose to use this location could have got a unit way cheaper elsewhere but at that point it was already after 5pm and I had no time to go to another facility before they closed. So $150 for a unit I will only use for half a month while I wait to close on my house when I could have had a unit for half that less than a mile from the house I am moving into.

We returned the uhaul to the location we had been told to return yet I received two different phones asking when we were going to return it. While in the phone they told me I was supposed to have returned it to a different place. That was not the location that I had selected nor was it what was on my receipt.

Very unprofessional and the guy who runs it these days doesn’t run it efficiently, conveniently or in an acceptable manner. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business there. He takes your money before knowing if product rented is available and wastes your time with excuses of product being unavailable or that you even rented the product in general. (Regardless of whether it’s a truck or a storage.) The guy there is rude and careless about customer satisfaction. He takes no consideration towards anyone else’s time or money wasted towards working with uhaul to get a job done. Definately not a wise business choice to associate with someone as unprofessional as the guy who runs the facility.
