The back of the truck was not swept out after the previous renter and it had a weird smell. The gas was at 13/16 when I picked it up but the app check in was saying it was at 15/16. I adjusted the gas on the app and uploaded a picture of the dashboard showing the actual gas reading but I was still charged for gas even though I brought the truck back at 7/8 full. I suggest you do not do 24/share at this location. Walk in and do the rental with the rep and show them the actual mileage and gas and have them adjust it in their end. I worked for U-Haul for many years and was also a dealer for U-Haul and I'm disappointed that this is acceptable now.

Efrain NievesThe gas line was NOT accurate when I picked it up and dropped it off. I had 39 miles until empty when I picked it up and 110 miles left when I dropped it off. Please correct those receipts for my company! I have pictures to prove it. The radio would only work on AM, none of the setting would change. There was a cigarette butt in the cupholder.
Veronica ShawCharged me over $50 for gas although I returned the van at the sane gas level as given to me. Thankfully I took a picture beforehand because the miles were not correct and that ended up helping me get a refund from customer service

Allyson GreggI made a reservation at this location for a 10' truck with two furniture dollies. I get there and immediately I'm told they have no furniture dollies at all. The truck I ended up in had a check engine light on from the moment I started it.

Thomas MarinoWhen you are doing a self pick up, make it known that the process will take up to 20 minutes. It had said it was an easy and quick verification process. But it took 20 minutes to get into the vehicle, and it made my partner late for work.

STEPHANIE OSTROMWas. Told to pickup truck on Saturday and sent a half hour away(1 hour total drive) to a barbecue shack where there was no truck. Called was told there were no trucks available anywhere and I had reserved this truck 3 weeks previously. Was told that I can pickup truck at another location on Sunday which messed up all plans for move out of state. Got up on Sunday to go pickup truck at 9:00am was 10 minutes from this location when I received a call saying the truck was not returned and no truck!!!!! After 1 more hour I finally got a call to pickup truck at colonial and the guy was super nice however this all messed up my whole schedule. Absolutely Rediculas
Thomas MatteThere were no ram available for the 10' truck rental which made it difficult for loading. The wooden bars used for securing the load were not bolted down.

GERALD MANTEGNAThe back of the truck was full of dust and dirt. This didnt impact me as the stuff I was putting in the truck didnt matter if it got dirty. The only real issue I had was that the UHAUL app would not let me create a profile to return the vehicle. I finally realized I was able to complete the return by using the webpage. Someone should look at why Sunday no one was able to create a profile.
Thomas AngusI had to redo the entire checkin process over again when using phone/app based pickup. Was a real pain b/c it kept saying my photos were blurry or it couldn't contact my emergency contact. I burned an hour of rental time for both checkin and checkout procedures.

RONALD WILSONWhen I Got to pick up my rental it was delayed, I had to wait more than 30mints and it was impossible to contact customer service, the attendant at the location was good and helpful but the phone customer service was awful, I haven’t received my booking $50 back since my truck was late. I called many times and I haven’t get an answer.

Raymond PowersWas immediately told truck had a battery issue that I would need to purchase protection in case or could offer different sized truck. Then was told there was very low gas. Couldn’t even get to location one way without having to fill up, then having to fill up again upon return. Vehicle gas gauge never left 0 miles from empty after putting in $20 first time and $15 second time. Very poor experience.

I am so grateful to have found this place, so that I no longer have to go to the uhaul location down the street where there always seemed to be problems with the vehicles I've rented. Compass Customer Service was excellent. They were so nice and friendly. The van was in excellent condition. It was quick and easy to pick up and after hours drop off was a breeze. I will definitely be renting here again!

Oscar OrtizI would just suggest keeping in contact with your customers, as a change to my pick up location ended up being a location that did not have the proper truck and I had to backtrack 40min out if my way to get the truck. The person at acorn mini storage was EXTREMELY helpful and did everything he could to help me…but this screw up cost me 3hours of moving time … and paying movers for time they did nothing

Debra DzikonskiThey don’t even ever carry the appliance dolly I reserved, so cancelled that off my reservation and then conned me into donating $5 to their “leukemia” charity box to rent their plain dolly but when I got it out of the truck to use it, the tire was flat so it was useless.

They greeted me with a smile and kindly asked how they can help me. They gave me accurate and precise information. Their location was clean and inviting. I would recommend this location over all other U-haul locations in the area because of their professionalism and friendly service.
Carol CeriniNot the location's fault, but UHaul didn't let me pick up at my 8am pick-up time and told me I had to wait until the location opened at 9:30. I had to wait an hour and a half to get my truck with people waiting on me.
Michael RogersDrop off was after hours so facility was closed. The drop off lot in front does not accommodate a 26' truck so parking was inconvenient. Would recommend that if large trucks are being dropped off perhaps a temp gate code so the vehicle can be placed behind the fence and out of the way of through traffic to the storage facility
