Jeanne CUnfortunately, the UHaul computer system was down when I tried to check in, and the previous customer's rental had to be done by hand which took quite a bit of time. No fault of the location, of course, but it put me behind schedule. Next time, I'll need to plan more check out time.
Kurt RYou’ll need to stop charging so much by the mile $48 extra it cost me just for the miles thinking next time may be going to a different rental company
Sherry MA fair warning, the location is very tight quarters, making maneuvering large vehicles that you are not familiar with more problematic than it should be. Also, be aware, even if you cleaned the truck they will charge you a "cleaning" fee.

Gregeory MI was forced to pay for an upgrade because the one I reserved was gone!!! Instead of paying $19.99 to $29.99 each day, plus the .99/mile. My original mileage was .79/mile. This all adds up! I am disabled so every penny is counted for. For them to charge me to upgrade when I had no choice, HORRIBLE! Save money and go somewhere reputable.

TENESHA WI called Thursday , asked for prices and equipment availability which I wrote down. The following Tuesday went to pick up van and the price for gas per mile changed. I made sure I took a picture of the odometer and gas gage before and after my trip . I told her I was quoted (this) price she said no its this for the week and this for the weekend. The point is STAY true to your word. I probably won’t use their services again! I hate dishonesty !

The passenger side door handle was not attached to the door...That is a customer issue, not location issue. The damage prior to use was reported. I would highly recommend County Corner for all of your uhaul needs. I've utilized their location for uhaul rental several times.

Ryan FTried to tell them what was wrong with truck and showed them, didn’t seem interested to help. I just wanted next customer to be safe. The drivers side door wouldn’t close great and to slam shut. Some damage on outside driver side door. Tires were low in air. I filled to correct amount. Gas gauge was a little off. I had to put extra gas in. With lots of furniture and breakable in truck , with tires low truck kept pulling to right. Once I put air in it was fine.
BARRY SThe truck’s loading area was dirty (cab was fine). There was a lot of dust and other particles on the loading area floor and mom’s attic. Also, the truck was severely damaged on the outside.

Levi MDon’t use the online service. It failed me. Had to go in the store and wait after the online service failed me and left me standing in the rain. Called the phone support and was giving a 40 minute wait time. What a joke. Lady in store got me out in 3 minutes. Her service was great. Uhaul service was horrid. Never using you again
Michael HMake sure your trucks run properly. This truck put me on the side of the road multiple times due to loss of power.

Vickie CMy trip started off leaving the facility to get gas about a mile away. Stopped the truck and it wouldn't start. I called the place where I picked it up and they came and jumped it. I had to call road service to come and put a new battery in it while were loading the truck. Then off to my destination.. didn't know if we were going to make it up over the mountains. The truck was sputtering and missing... definitely needed a tune up and gas filter changed. Other than those issues with the truck, the people that I dealt with was friendly.
