Not a very safe place no signage very confusing not happy at all with this location

John JThere is no lock box. The place is not safe. There is no clear signage of where to park. There was marijuana and other sketchy activity going on and I just didn’t feel safe. Dropping off was so inconvenient and I couldn’t even return the truck when I needed to. This was the worst experience possible.
Benjamin JThis is a barbers office and no one seemed to know what we should do with the keys. A gentleman had to get in the phone then ask us to move the car and then called Uhaul’s for us to finish the check in process. This was while he was cutting a clients hair
Mark Mmake sure vehicle is checked out, returned and actually available. I spent two hours trying to book my reservation.
