Didn’t hardly speak to me and was on the phone with someone else. Also I have photos of the fuel gage with the mileage in the photo yet I was charged for fuel.

I have rented U-Hauls before several times from other locations with no problems at all. The staff did not allow me to pick up/return the truck via the mobile app, and instead made me talk to the owner of the shop on the phone in order to pick up the truck. My debit card information was already in the mobile app, and he made me give my license number (which was already in the app as well) and my debit card information over the phone. When I dropped the truck off, there was a tree that had fallen and I told the staff I wasn’t comfortable backing the truck in due to a very tight clearance. He then proceeded to make my brother and I lift a U-Haul trailer, turn it sideways, and then back the truck into the designated spot. Then he said he would check the truck back in, and it took several days and multiple chats with customer support to get it completed. I would not recommend this location to anybody.
