The next time I rent I will go to full service location. i did not like to mobile sign in.

I was never advised that I could arrange topick up the truck on-line. The customer service rep was not knowledgeable. The agent at the location told me to go thru the app, which was difficult to navigate. The customer service rep had no answers. Eventually the agent at the location did assist me, but had issues as well. Returning was much easier. Very unhappy that we wasted well over an hour at pickup. I spoke with someone to confirm the reservation and uploaded my DL but had no idea we could use the app to get the keys. Very disappointing
