Jerry HI tried to fill out everything ahead of time and then use the app for pickup. Should have been simple. I check in, you give me the lockbox number and code, and then I'm on my way. Instead, every single aspect of the app was absolutely awful. Just a complete piece of trash software. To start, even though location services were on and I was standing at the office door next to the lockbox, the app repeatedly kept saying I was in the incorrect location. After about the 15th try, it then finally let me move to step 2. Then, for some horrible reason, you ask for my picture and drivers license information. This could have easily been captured from me during the initial reservation. But instead, you made me wait to complete this until during pickup. And then the app wouldn't work and I couldn't get it to accept any camera permissions to let me take the required photos. I tried about a dozen times with no error messages and no progress. I had to get a friend with an iphone to download the app and then I could complete the steps on his phone. When I finally got all the steps completed, it never provided me with the Lockbox number or code. But the process in the app showed completed as if I already had my vehicle picked up. So I couldn't view the information I needed. I had to then call support and go through additional steps to be provided with the lockbox number and code. The person I spoke to over the phone was incredibly helpful and did get me the information I needed quickly. But after completing my reservation ahead of time, the entire pickup process took about 50-55 minutes. I've been a Product Manager for 10+ years on all kinds of applications, and I have to say, your pickup experience is the worst piece of garbage software I have interacted with in the last few years. So completely broken. Something that should have taken 5 minutes tops took 10x that long. I dealt with consistent errors that didn't have helpful error messages, nothing was intuitive, not a single step worked the first time, the load times for individual screens were even awful. The front end and backend of this portion of your app is a dumpster fire. Maybe this experience is worse on android, because the iOS experience did seem to be slightly better, but wow does your pickup flow SUCK. I will never use this again. This was a massive inconvenience to me and all the people waiting on me. Shame on you for ever releasing this kind of refuse into production. Do better.
Josh TAlways do a walk through with any customer on use of a rental. Advise regarding expected fuel use for the sake of returning the same of course, but as important, is to help the customer not overfill the tank and loose that money unnecessarily when the planned mileage does not justify filling the tank up.

Mitchell hI have rented equiptment from several of the UHauls in town and many from outside the area. This is the only location that I would rate below average. The space it has rented from the Doll Furniture Company is inadequate to meet its own needs. It is overrun with stuff from the furniture company and there is typically no place that looks safe to sit. That being said, It is convenient, it often has the equiptment I need and I am typically in and out quickly.
Scott HI experienced nothing that I would say needed to be improved. Check in was quick and efficient and drop off instructions were clear. Good experience.
Barry BAbove average verbal customer service, but when it comes to paperwork, Please make sure the person who uses their charge card to pay for the service is the “Customer Name” on the receipt & NOT the driver… it was pretty disturbing to see the Driver’s name with my address & charge card info…
