Computers were down, ended up with additional charges on card. Clerk had to make multiple calls to support which only answer seemed to be, ours are down too. 😵💫 Clerk entered destination city address and zip wrong resulting in card being declined for suspected fraud.

Dale MThe dolly was not a from Uhaul. It belonged to the storage facility. It was not as useful because the line could not lock and was too long. Like to get charge removed.
Steven KThe dollie we were provided had a damaged wheel which caused some difficulty during the moving process. Also, I ordered furniture blankets and was not informed by the location that they didn’t have any available until I picked up the truck, the morning of my move. The only alternative they offered was for me to check other Uhaul locations for availability.

KAROL SThe truck had trash in the back, they charge more than the other Uhaul rental dealer. On top of that, they also charge me for gas and it was replaced at the same place when I rented the vehicle. Waiting on a return call from Felix now for a refund.
BRENDA LI know this isn’t location specific but when I reserved my truck I purchased movers. The moving company didn’t get any kind of notification until after 10pm the night before. I had my uhaul pick up scheduled for 8:30am and the movers didn’t arrive until 11:30…. Just a lot of wasted time and I nearly missed my friends daughters bday party.
Brynn JWe tried to drop off the trailer and the guy refused to take it because he said they don’t do trailers anymore even though the location was selected as our drop off location. The guy working at the uhaul drop off was very rude and disrespectful. We went to a different drop off location and the lady took the trailer and was super nice. I will not recommend or use Uhaul again because of how poor the experience was at this drop off location.

GARY PTo start, I needed a truck today, but in the am. So the first one made a reservation with, wouldn’t have a truck until 1:00. So I went to another UHaul location, and they didn’t have a 20’, but instead of leaving me until 1:00, he went into the reservation system, and low and behold he found one close by that I could go pick up rigjt then. Awesome 😎! So I went to the third location and once again, it was a very pleasant experience at pick up and drop off. Very good experience today.
JOHNNIE TI had needs for 5 days straight. All locations were exceptional experiences under some very trying personal circumstances. I’m grateful!
