I was transferred to another pick up location due to them not having the requested dollies however upon pickup this location also did not have the requested equipment. This caused a major problem with the moving of heavy furniture with out the requested equipment. I do not understand why the pickup location was moved to another one that did not have the requested equipment. Not satisfied with this part of the service.

Rex BerryOrdered 2 wheeler ... did not have when picked up 15' box truck. Told my return time was changed as equipment was previously reserved. Office personnel was very rude and blamed problems with online ordering because I wasn't notified of lack of equipment or time changed. Cannot reach live person during open hours ... phone gives different number to call then that number gives another number. Therefore, unable to get any clarification on order. Return after hours and online process confusing. Video tells you to take pictures which I did. But during return it wants you to take pictures during process...had already locked and dropped key into box. Again unable to upload pictures. I didn't even have unit 10 hrs yet shows 22 hrs. Whole experience left me used and overcharged! I'll not return to this location and doubt ever use Uhaul...lack of live assistance shows lack of customer support.

I didn’t want or need a truck that large but since my pickup time was before the office opened, there was no one I could speak to in order to correct this.
