Have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for someone to arrive onsite to help …also you sent me fro. Siloam springs to colcord when there are several dealers in Siloam …costed me more in mileage

Truck was not swept out after use. I clean the truck before I couple start loading. Even the floor of the truck, passenger seat was full of dirt.
Melissa GLocation was amazing, wonderful service and patient. But U-Haul is a joke. Charges for another day even when you are only late 20 mins. Only 6 hrs is considered a day which is ridiculous. The U-Haul trailer was also INFESTED with ants and not cleaned.

It was lat in the day and I needed to move some odds and ends after a truckload had already moved all the bug items. The whole family there went out of their way to get me setup and on my way. They went over and above to be helpful and to make the pinch I was in as painless as possible!
kenneth kNeed more training. Waited an hour for a new girl to finally get me on the road and found d out later that they filed a police report on me. I did nothing wrong. It has been resolved but it was a bad experience.
