The lady was very rude. I asked for help she told me no and you need to find another location. And she also said I wish they take these trucks away from this site. Please grant her her wishes she will run people away

Nancy MI could not access the U-Haul app on my phone. it kept saying password not verified even though I verified my password multiple times!!!!!!!!! I had to just leave the truck there without closing out with the app. I called 4 different times trying to get help with with the password issue to no AVAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Robert BTruck was very old!! No air conditioning. Drivers side mirror was very shaky arm and hard to see other vehicles because if it. Truck Rattled a lot . When rolling down the window the knob falls out. Said I should get about 10 mpg. Got between 6-7 mpg. Truck was not even close to being full or loaded.
Rodney SI have a reservation in weeks before our move, why did UHaul tell me no trucks were available the day before our move and change pickup locations 3 times.
